With the vehicle cargo, once u have it to get top range every time, you're selling a top range car for 80k profit (minus damages) every 20 mins, so in one hour-70 mins that's about 240k. Then during cooldown, you can source that one car back and go do a headhunter or sightsee or anything else to make an extra 60k ish in the hour, meaning you'll end up around 275-300k /hr so I think this is better than the special cargo, idk how you got the actual figure to be so low
I think that my favorite part about the nightclub is that the daily profits more or less offset utility costs, and you can do a decently sized sell mission (400k+) solo without worrying about the time limit.
Yup! save about 700 grand doing it that way and it increases your profit per hour since you can quickly do the VIP Work like Headhunter while your special cargo mission cooldown is active and by the time you're done with it, your special cargo cooldown should be done or close to done since Headhunter only takes a few minutes with something like an MK2/weaponized helicopter/Hydra.

I just grind VIP work and client jobs on the terrorbyte and oppressor mark two. I play for 1.5 hours and make 480k for 320 k an hour, with bunker profiting 135k every 2.5 hours and 30k passive nightclub every hour(not included in 320k). Running two large warehouses alternating also works very hood

Honestly a friend of mine told me to buy all the MC businesses in a certain order to max out your profit when you go to see it all. So for me i only use my bunker for research i mainly use the vehicle cargo/special vehicle cargo along with all the MC business and the nightclub. But i make a private session when i do the refill missions that way no oppressor griefers get in my way. Plus i'm on Xbox i don't play gta online on my pc too many modders and hackers where console gta online has hardly any modders and hackers.
Don't buy the cheapest hangar, buy a fort zancudo one so you get access to the military base, and you need to fill up your hangar at least once to get all the aircraft trade prices so a FZ hangar will make that easier
For this week, its been bunker and special cargo. I have 2 medium and 1 small warehouses and the Paleto Bay bunker. 2.5 mil sell out all together and its not double.
When calculating income per hour, you shouldn't take into account the time you have to passively wait, because you don't actually do anything, you can play the game as normal and do whatever you want (maybe, some other business, heists, or missions) meanwhile. This means bunker is much more profitable than 56k per hour. Cause basically, you spend a few minutes to fly to your bunker, then you spend around 15-20 minutes to buy/sell your stock and you get around 220k (a selling price of one full stock with full upgrades) - 75k (to buy stock) = 145k for 20 minutes of work. Which is around 435k per hour of actual "work". The same applies to vehicle warehouse, you get around 70-80k per car (depending on how much damage you received when stealing and delivering it), and it takes roughly 15 minutes (I've never actually measured) to steal and sell a car. This means profit is about 280-320k per hour of "work". I'm not sure about crates warehouse, I've tried it for a little bit and I find it annoying, so I don't do it. Besides, profit doesn't seem that great: I did 3 missions to get 3 creates each, it cost me 54k to source these 9 crates (this is the maximum amount of crates you could sell solo, and if you sell more - you will get more than one delivery vehicle), then I have sold those crates for 135k. All of this took me around an hour of "work", so crates warehouse profit is: 135k - 54k = 81k per hour. Maybe, if you're lucky and get easy crates source missions (when you can deliver all 3 crates in 1 vehicle, instead of delivering 1 at a time) then you can do all of this in half an hour, which makes a total profit of 162k per hour. Still not worth it, in my opinion, especially considering how boring those missions are comparing to vehicle warehouse or bunker. In conclusion: Bunker: ~435k per hour Vehicle warehouse: ~280-320k per hour Crates warehouse: ~162k per hour But in reality, I would suggest to just do the business which has x2 bonus for the week, that one would most likely be the best at the time.
You can cover utilities just off doing a mission or two. My utilities cost about 25k give our take. That's a mission. After that everything is profit apart from expenses on reloads of resources for business's. I use the night club or the Arcade to cover any quick payouts plus it puts cash in my pocket. I even clean my casino apartment. My Bunker is my main source of income and it pays well. I use the horse racing and flip the bandit machines then I change my chips into cash.
The arcade is essential for heists. To legitimately make money (solo or not), first buy the CEO office, then a warehouse. Run crate missions. Then buy a bunker. ONLY buy the nightclub if you’re prepared to upgrade it fully and connect all (useless) MC business to it. The nightclub is great passive income.
I've been doing the import export business with my low tier and mid tier vehicles full and just selling and sourcing top tier vehicles rotating businesses after sales and I make about $95,000 per car. Today I made $700,000 In about 4 hours. As long as you source a car and then sell a top tier as soon as you re supply your warehouse your consistently adding and profiting. On top of that I was supplying my coke and counterfeit business and sold the coke for $400,000. So while your resupplying your other businesses run your import export and you'll make money fast. Also get yourself the oppressor mk 2 it makes traveling between business a breeze
The EASIEST way of making money is going afk for the nightclub, you get 1 mil a day easily and then you can spend the rest of your time just having fun because you literally only need to finish 1 sell mission.

The first time I went AFK (watching netflix) one of my MC businesses got raided after 10 mins, which automatically dumped my character out into the map from the arcade. I dread to think how many times I'd have been killed by other players had I not noticed.
If your just buying the supplies and have all the businesses with the op mk 2 you could just resupply all of them in about 20-30 minutes depending on load time and how close your places are to each other it'll probably add some more money as well as cost
With mc's and bunker and nightclub even though it's expensive to start you are generating background money, so do them if you care about making max profit, and do nightclub and bunker anyway because you can sell both solo, and Don't even bother doing mc's unless you have a crew to help you sell
But what if you have your businesses passively making money for you on the side. Because during preps you can make a trip every 2 hrs to your arcade and just resupply and sell all.

As far as I am concerned, upgraded businesses have no extra impact on the NightClub jobs. Fully upgraded businesses will do the same as non upgraded businesses in the NightClub. Correct me if I am wrong please.
yep, no point in upgrading the MC businesses at all since they pay very shit if u operate them. Their best use is buying the cheapest locations, setting them up with no upgrades, and having them rake in cash for the nightclub. Hangar too. same with crates. the bunker is the only nightclub business worth operating independently too
you can make about 6 mil or more if you grind out special cargo, you can get about 2.4 mil with your bunker if you sell at max stocks. So you can make at least six million with a large warehouse and a bunker. This is excluding heists and minigames. If you own a terrorbyte this process will go by even faster you have an Oppressor mk2 all you really need to do is not buy anything expensive and don’t research.

This presupposes you haven’t already bought them. That said, If I’m shooting for a meta grind I’d pay for all the stock on all of my MC businesses at the arcade do Cayo perico setups in between disruption missions and scope outs do head hunter/client job and check levels before running heist. Run heist and during cool down pay for stock (if necessary) and run client/headhunter. Rinse, wash, repeat until stock is full then convene 2-3 player sell party. After this repeat.

LEARN FROM ME I bought all the properties thinking i would make alot of money but you have to remember the fees that come along with: warehouse/bunker fees, along with [mk2] ammunition, mechanic, and property damages which totals up to $15,000 every gta day. Say you play for about 2-3 hours, that's more than $30,000 each game session. The only thing pulling me out of water atm are heists My advice, start with the most profitable first, then advance to the least profitable businesses last.
So true! I would start with the arcade if you have friends. If you’re solo I would say special cargo and bunker, after that vehicle cargo, followed by MC businesses. MC from best to worst: coke, meth, cash, weed, documents. Nightclub last, it is one of the best businesses, but you need the other businesses to link it to. Any money is good money, but like you said buying the best first is the best way to go about it.

@@littlerc123calhoun air freight is just a waste, you spend a lot of time refilling crates that give 10k each. There's no comparison with the night club since it's a passive business so it won't take you any time to refill it, thus you'll be able to grind casino heists for example

Guys. Mc Business’ and Special cargo is pretty much all you need to make millions. Spend about 5-10 hours working on both, and you’ll profit $500,000-$1,000,000+.
Idea for an update, gang war, this update would not only include a storyline with maybe a mafia family but you also have to build your own, hire bodyguards (npc), this update could also introduce mansions and what I like to call safe houses, these act like houses except you can manage your growing criminal empire. This update would also introduce new cars, new outfits and new characters. Please, if you like this idea, please spread it so this can be one real in gta online and you would like me to add more to it
just do missions when just starting out. when higher lv missions unlock when others host them.add them to a play list . you can make $200+k ahr just doing missions .
the best way to make money in gta online as for now is...supply ur bunker and keep doing casino heist...when bunker is full sell..thts it...you will make around 1.5m in just 1 and half hours only with casino heist... don't waste ur time anywhere else guys..
I only use those places for a place to lounge, weapons and vehicle upgrades (if they have it) and vehicle storage. None of them are worth the time and energy of trying to make money off them. With the bunker you can research weapons, weapons upgrades and vehicle upgrades. After they are topped off then no need for it other than storage of the MOC.
by the way the best bunker is debatable cause for me the best bunker is the one by the great chaperrel mc clubhouse because its in the middle of the map
My mc businesses all run at a loss if I buy supplies including bunker there pish cargo warehouse and vehicle warehouse are best for grinding solo and terabyte missions

I usualy sell a high end start a head hunter do robbery in progress or the other 1 then do sightseer and source a vehicle then repeat to about 600k an hour complete solo
It is quite possible to run 2 headhunters and sell 2 CEO export cars in 1 hour, which is $200,000.00. Take an afternoon of 5 hours and you profit $1,000,000.00. Your calculation for $126,000.00 per hour from MC means 5.17 hours for the $652,000.00 profit after buying supplies. So, you aren't calculating the sell time into that figure, because Meth takes 6 hours to reach max product. Let's say you are selling solo and are quite adept at it. We figure 20 minutes per sell X 5 businesses is another 1.7 hours. So 6.0 + 1.7= 7.7 hours. Then your $652,000.00 /7.7= $84,675.00 per hour. So the question isn't which one you should buy ( if you are buying supplies for MC) you buy all the others EXCEPT Vehicle Warehouse. You won't have time for it, as you will be running crates for CEO.
Why not buy the facility do act 2 and see how much money you get for the whole hour or or get your own arcade Run arcade job for the heist and see how much money that gives you for an hour
i have approximately 160 days played and have made 780mill i am a money grinder i understand the ins and outs so i just thought id share what ik from playing by myself and if u have a team of four u can actualy sell 1 run of supplies from ur bunker and mc buisnesses with a full rotation of the four players and they will be ready to sell everytime just make sure u have at least 75 gs when u start the rounds that is if the buieneses r already ready to sell
To keep from getting too bored, I mix it up: Crates, Bunker, Night Club and Cayo mad dash for cash missions. Sometimes throw in a few MC's, but they get old real quick. I quit doing the Hangar - it just isn't worth it.
NAT test will do. But I enjoy doing the deliveries in populated session at the moment. Can make hundreds k bonus with 4 full MC business. You can tell if a session is relatively safe or not after doing it a while. You can either change session or kick all other players if there comes a griefer
When he said people won’t help you, it’s true, I literally run an mc with 4 other homies who have there own businesses and we make 5 mill in two days cause we run every business., side note don’t buy the doomsday bunker just trust me, I would highly recommend if you don’t have friends who play the game, look for people who do. It’s a toxic community but there are still good people on this game
Yo guys if you want to know what to do you should follow these steps: get a ceo office, buy a vehicle cargo warehouse and grind out top vehicles, then buy a bunker, set the bunker to merchandise only until you have all of the other businesses in the game and then you can set it to research. I would say the next move is to save 4 mill for the submarine and the sparrow that goes inside it. Once you get the hang of the Cayo perico heist, you could easily do the entire heist from the point you start the setups to the time you finish the heist in 1-1.5 hours making you 500k-1mill+ an hour. Far better hourly income than any business will get you. After that, buy the mc clubhouse. Once you have clubhouse you should get, in order, cocaine lockup, meth lab, counterfeit cash. Don’t bother with document forgery or weed. After you have those 3 mc businesses and the bunker, get a nightclub. Don’t worry about promoting the nightclub. At this point you’ll be getting more than enough money taking care of all of your other missions to where the 70k you get from the nc safe won’t be worth the time it takes to do the promotion missions. After you have the nightclub, that’s when I would get large crate warehouse. Personally, spending around 7-8 hours just to fill the large crate warehouse to get less than 2 mill profit is crap. The only reason I would get the large crate warehouse at this point is so my nc can piggy back on it to make more money. When selecting the technicians for you nc, set them to everything except weed and document forgery. (Also, make sure to fully upgrade each business before buying another one.) After that, ball out and buy whatever you want. Currently I’m in the process of relocating all of my businesses to the senora desert, after that I’m getting a hanger just so I can have personal aircraft. Pretty much I can do whatever I want. This Cayo perico heist is insane with the money you can make. It’s almost tempting to not sell anything from any other businesses and just grind out the Cayo perico heist for hours straight. I olay it with one other friend, I usually give him around 30% when I host it which gives me roughly 1-1.5 mill each time so far and that’s after just an hour. After the heist, I sell all of my business shit and loop it like that.
Honestly, just do the cayo perico heist and nothing else. The other businesses are stressful and consumes time for no reason so just do the cayo perico heist again and again. You don't really need that much money anyway so doing the cayo perico heist only is enough.

The first time I went AFK (watching netflix) one of my MC businesses got raided after 10 mins, which automatically dumped my character out into the map from the arcade. I dread to think how many times I'd have been killed by other players had I not noticed.
If your just buying the supplies and have all the businesses with the op mk 2 you could just resupply all of them in about 20-30 minutes depending on load time and how close your places are to each other it'll probably add some more money as well as cost
Chumas bunker is the best bunker and you dont need to have upgraded cocain for your nightclub bcs nightclub has upgrades of its own

With mc's and bunker and nightclub even though it's expensive to start you are generating background money, so do them if you care about making max profit, and do nightclub and bunker anyway because you can sell both solo, and Don't even bother doing mc's unless you have a crew to help you sell

I also use the arcade to pay my fees so I pretty much barely lose money

But what if you have your businesses passively making money for you on the side. Because during preps you can make a trip every 2 hrs to your arcade and just resupply and sell all.

As far as I am concerned, upgraded businesses have no extra impact on the NightClub jobs. Fully upgraded businesses will do the same as non upgraded businesses in the NightClub. Correct me if I am wrong please.
yep, no point in upgrading the MC businesses at all since they pay very shit if u operate them. Their best use is buying the cheapest locations, setting them up with no upgrades, and having them rake in cash for the nightclub. Hangar too. same with crates. the bunker is the only nightclub business worth operating independently too
you can make about 6 mil or more if you grind out special cargo, you can get about 2.4 mil with your bunker if you sell at max stocks. So you can make at least six million with a large warehouse and a bunker. This is excluding heists and minigames. If you own a terrorbyte this process will go by even faster you have an Oppressor mk2 all you really need to do is not buy anything expensive and don’t research.
Vehicle warehouse is so good. You can actually get 240k per hour.

This presupposes you haven’t already bought them. That said, If I’m shooting for a meta grind I’d pay for all the stock on all of my MC businesses at the arcade do Cayo perico setups in between disruption missions and scope outs do head hunter/client job and check levels before running heist. Run heist and during cool down pay for stock (if necessary) and run client/headhunter. Rinse, wash, repeat until stock is full then convene 2-3 player sell party. After this repeat.

I bought all the properties thinking i would make alot of money but you have to remember the fees that come along with: warehouse/bunker fees, along with [mk2] ammunition, mechanic, and property damages which totals up to $15,000 every gta day. Say you play for about 2-3 hours, that's more than $30,000 each game session.

So true! I would start with the arcade if you have friends. If you’re solo I would say special cargo and bunker, after that vehicle cargo, followed by MC businesses. MC from best to worst: coke, meth, cash, weed, documents. Nightclub last, it is one of the best businesses, but you need the other businesses to link it to. Any money is good money, but like you said buying the best first is the best way to go about it.
Well i found a way to fill up the air freight fastest so I usually just do special cargo and air freight

@@littlerc123calhoun air freight is just a waste, you spend a lot of time refilling crates that give 10k each. There's no comparison with the night club since it's a passive business so it won't take you any time to refill it, thus you'll be able to grind casino heists for example

Guys. Mc Business’ and Special cargo is pretty much all you need to make millions. Spend about 5-10 hours working on both, and you’ll profit $500,000-$1,000,000+.
Idea for an update, gang war, this update would not only include a storyline with maybe a mafia family but you also have to build your own, hire bodyguards (npc), this update could also introduce mansions and what I like to call safe houses, these act like houses except you can manage your growing criminal empire. This update would also introduce new cars, new outfits and new characters. Please, if you like this idea, please spread it so this can be one real in gta online and you would like me to add more to it

the best way to make money in gta online as for now is...supply ur bunker and keep doing casino heist...when bunker is full sell..thts it...you will make around 1.5m in just 1 and half hours only with casino heist... don't waste ur time anywhere else guys..
I only use those places for a place to lounge, weapons and vehicle upgrades (if they have it) and vehicle storage. None of them are worth the time and energy of trying to make money off them. With the bunker you can research weapons, weapons upgrades and vehicle upgrades. After they are topped off then no need for it other than storage of the MOC.
by the way the best bunker is debatable cause for me the best bunker is the one by the great chaperrel mc clubhouse because its in the middle of the map

You can make 100k just do a headhunter before selling the high end so you can maximize profits
I usualy sell a high end start a head hunter do robbery in progress or the other 1 then do sightseer and source a vehicle then repeat to about 600k an hour complete solo

Car sales are off. To make 100g you put 40gs in so you only make 60g from selling a high end vehicle

If you sell cars with crew, the cool down is longer. So you don't make more money "per hours". You gonna make more money in the first hour.
It is quite possible to run 2 headhunters and sell 2 CEO export cars in 1 hour, which is $200,000.00. Take an afternoon of 5 hours and you profit $1,000,000.00. Your calculation for $126,000.00 per hour from MC means 5.17 hours for the $652,000.00 profit after buying supplies. So, you aren't calculating the sell time into that figure, because Meth takes 6 hours to reach max product. Let's say you are selling solo and are quite adept at it. We figure 20 minutes per sell X 5 businesses is another 1.7 hours. So 6.0 + 1.7= 7.7 hours. Then your $652,000.00 /7.7= $84,675.00 per hour. So the question isn't which one you should buy ( if you are buying supplies for MC) you buy all the others EXCEPT Vehicle Warehouse. You won't have time for it, as you will be running crates for CEO.

i have approximately 160 days played and have made 780mill i am a money grinder i understand the ins and outs so i just thought id share what ik from playing by myself and if u have a team of four u can actualy sell 1 run of supplies from ur bunker and mc buisnesses with a full rotation of the four players and they will be ready to sell everytime just make sure u have at least 75 gs when u start the rounds that is if the buieneses r already ready to sell

To keep from getting too bored, I mix it up: Crates, Bunker, Night Club and Cayo mad dash for cash missions. Sometimes throw in a few MC's, but they get old real quick. I quit doing the Hangar - it just isn't worth it.
The hanger missions are so boring. It takes forever to accumulate any good profit with that.
I just do cayo perico setups and finale all in 1 hour for about 1.7 mil on pink diamond then I just repeat this a few times a day
Just do the cayo perico heist it takes me 2 hours for me to finish the setups and the heist and u make 1.6 mil if u do it solo and stealth

just turn on your vpn if you have, It will put you in your own session by changing your IP
NAT test will do. But I enjoy doing the deliveries in populated session at the moment. Can make hundreds k bonus with 4 full MC business. You can tell if a session is relatively safe or not after doing it a while. You can either change session or kick all other players if there comes a griefer

It’s a toxic community but there are still good people on this game

Yo guys if you want to know what to do you should follow these steps: get a ceo office, buy a vehicle cargo warehouse and grind out top vehicles, then buy a bunker, set the bunker to merchandise only until you have all of the other businesses in the game and then you can set it to research. I would say the next move is to save 4 mill for the submarine and the sparrow that goes inside it. Once you get the hang of the Cayo perico heist, you could easily do the entire heist from the point you start the setups to the time you finish the heist in 1-1.5 hours making you 500k-1mill+ an hour. Far better hourly income than any business will get you. After that, buy the mc clubhouse. Once you have clubhouse you should get, in order, cocaine lockup, meth lab, counterfeit cash. Don’t bother with document forgery or weed. After you have those 3 mc businesses and the bunker, get a nightclub. Don’t worry about promoting the nightclub. At this point you’ll be getting more than enough money taking care of all of your other missions to where the 70k you get from the nc safe won’t be worth the time it takes to do the promotion missions. After you have the nightclub, that’s when I would get large crate warehouse. Personally, spending around 7-8 hours just to fill the large crate warehouse to get less than 2 mill profit is crap. The only reason I would get the large crate warehouse at this point is so my nc can piggy back on it to make more money. When selecting the technicians for you nc, set them to everything except weed and document forgery. (Also, make sure to fully upgrade each business before buying another one.) After that, ball out and buy whatever you want. Currently I’m in the process of relocating all of my businesses to the senora desert, after that I’m getting a hanger just so I can have personal aircraft. Pretty much I can do whatever I want. This Cayo perico heist is insane with the money you can make. It’s almost tempting to not sell anything from any other businesses and just grind out the Cayo perico heist for hours straight. I olay it with one other friend, I usually give him around 30% when I host it which gives me roughly 1-1.5 mill each time so far and that’s after just an hour. After the heist, I sell all of my business shit and loop it like that.
Honestly, just do the cayo perico heist and nothing else. The other businesses are stressful and consumes time for no reason so just do the cayo perico heist again and again. You don't really need that much money anyway so doing the cayo perico heist only is enough.
