Nothing beats the Kosatka. You can complete all the setups and finale solo for Cayo Perico in just about an hour once you figure out a proper route. And, you can do them back to back. In 3 hours I make 5 million off the Cayo Perico heist solo. Save up for the Kosatka and Sparrow helicopter and youll be rich real fast.

True, but it's active money, I don't have that much time to actively play as I have other stuff to do like (homework, studying etc.) I have the Nightclub generate stock from my 5 MC Businesses and have my Agency and Arcade maxed out generating around 3-400k throughout the day, as well as purchasing and resupplying my bunker supplies to make more stock, over all I make about 1.3 million within a day and doing about 3 sell missions
@@neroxfrostbyte7461 my fully upgrade counterfeit business MC made me today 420k. Warehouse are a waste of time imo. MC business beat all these. Passive income while u enjoy the game. Almost 1 mill passive if u have 2-3 fully MC businesses.
@@FLASHING9 The only business that I actively resupply is the Gunrunning one out of my Bunker, I have the Top 5 MC Businesses bought just to generate stock for my Nightclub and sell like once a day, other than that the only Passive Income that I collect 1-2 times a day is my Agency Safe(201 Mission Completed/Maxed Out) and my Arcade(Maxed Out with Game Machines), I leave the game running in the background on my PC while I do other stuff like homework, studying, or IRL stuff, and check back in every 90 mins or 2 hours to do a Nightclub Popularity Mission to keep the Popularity bar maxed out for that 50K and hour, overall it's a very low maintenance/high profit system that's worked wonders for me for the past 4 months

To be able to do the Cayo setups in about an hour the only upgrade you really need is the sparrow

I’ve literally made the 2.2 million investment when I only had 3 million with nothing at the time.
I now all the services including a yacht with every weaponized vehicle, helicopters, jets. All the businesses with upgrades. Plus I have 62 million in the bank for new updates 🤟 I grinded for one month and now have everything the game has to offer.

I do the Cayo Perico heist in under 15 mins everytime 😂 just use the drainage for the entry point
I use main dock long fin so I can get second loot then go for drainage then use bike to escape and mission is easy if you have a phantom wedge and I always get elite challenge so maybe try that
If you are lucky, you can have paintings in the office and have a full bag. Was able to complete the finally with a full bag in just over 5 min.

@@isqual1127 it’s a truck on warstock that has a giant ramp on the front and it’s the best for the heist I find cause it’s amazing for long fin prep and if you don’t have two paintings then it’s good to go to main dock right away and get secondary loot the through the drainage tunnel

I bought the Submarine for Cayo Perico (So great!!) Terrobyte, a Night Club, oppressor mk2 and I even have the ceo office of course.
I dont know how to generate passive income though
I buy special crates as a CEO sometimes to sell crates, I bought a Bunker but set everything to research, I also have a facility but I dont really know how to use it. I cant afford an avenger yet or a mobile operation center.
I also bought an arcade but dont know how to use it.
I *think* I should buy a mobile operation center to upgrade vehicles now? Is that right?
But I still dont know what passive income is and how to get it
I'm newer, and also want those questions asked. For passive income what should I look up? Does something increase payout for cayo heist?

I would only keep #1 and #4 as good advice to make money. The sparrow you can land in the sub and take off from the sub to make doing the missions easier for the heist setups. Quick travel costs $2000 so it's worth using. Only do the required missions for cayo perico as head shots on any guard is one and done. Crates used to be the top dog but cayo perico you'll make 1-1.4 mil an hour as to crates you'll earn around 1.4mil or so after cost of buying the ceo crates for a full large warehouse but the time investment for ceo crates is not worth it with the sub.
Special cargo is blown out of the water for money-making by the Cayo Perico heist. The only reason to do special cargo is if you want to rank up fast. It takes a long time to fill a warehouse and everything has to be done in public session which is very risky.
Exactly you should fill your warehouse then you should sell them when 2x available
@@mustozel5144 Even letting a full warehouse sit can be risky with raids. For people still doing special cargo its best to stop at before hitting 70% since that's when a random time is set for a raid to begin. For example I haven't done special cargo in forever but I stopped at 77 crates to prevent raids.

For money making, C.P. heist is OPed, so all you need is Kosatka, Sparrow with missiles, and cheap MC clubhouse or CEO office (with a buzzard if possible, in order to quick spawn a secondary chopper, if sparrow gets damage). All the other stuff is good, only for the game not to become repetitive and boring

It's definitely NOT OPed, there should be more heists that pay at least a million or more especially with the rise of costs in GTA online the average car is at least two to three million
Game already is repetitive and boring though. That's why they make it so tough for people to afford anything because once you actually buy everything you realize there's nothing really to do
Great video! And for the solo player, it's the most effective way to grind heavy money. Alternate between Cayo and cycles of terrorbyte mission / cargo crate / headhunter / vehicle source/sell until you have 27 crates. This way you cover the investment in vehicles and cargo (and eventual damage), and when you sell it's actual net profit. And then, a nightclub mission.
Easily an average Joe like me can do 2/3M every 4 hours this way, which covers my cash needs to the point I'm spending on stupid things already.

it takes just under an hour to complete a cayo plus you also got to add the 10-15 min cooldown so you can make abt the same if not a few hundred thousand more

Yes you need to buy upgrades like the sonar so you could actually see if a torpedo is being launched at you so you could try to drive away quick enough on the submarine

ive already made myself a challenge with the cayo heist since its easy once one you know and can memorize the routes of the guards and its easy once you get the hacking down I just do it by myself and the challenge is for me to do a cayo everyday for a whole year and im already halfway there with 180 million dollars

You shoud buy nightclub for solo money . If u have warehouse and mc club . You don’t need to buy or steall supplies.

Once you pass the heist, when you’re handing the bag over to the guy at the end.
If you disconnect from the servers as soon as the “transaction processing” finishes on that final screen before the player names pop up, you will get your money and start the heist again with all of the prep finished.
Had someone in a public lobby show me this, now I’ve made like 30 million in a day plus messing around for fun, try this glitch out before rockstar patches it

Playing warehouse solo can be a pain.... when buying multiple crates
I’m so glad they brought the Kuruma back, the duke of death is good but it sucks when it comes to bullets
Best vehicle cargo/special cargo method imo if you have only one warehouse is to get your terrorbyte to your special cargo warehouse, source 3 crates, do the mission, then you source a top range vehicle, source 3 crates more after that, sell that top range vehicle and source another 3 crates, rinse and repeat, also remember to source from terrorbyte, it saves time and I've noticed that you can't get the underwater explosive mission or maybe I'm just lucky

Unfortunately no and they might delay some things so not everything is reliable. They don't leak updates unless they are already half done it or about to release it
1st time I played this mission I was invited and had no idea what this was and never heard of it. I was tempted to back out at the startup screen bc it looked very difficult, but.... I get a word chat message through xbox from the player who invited me and all he said was, " just follow me" . And thats all I did. We filled our bags, got the diamond, went to every cash spot and gold bar spot and were in and out in under 15 minutes and took home 1.7 million 1st time, 1.5 million 2nd time, 2 million 3rd time. Each in under 15 minutes.
It’s fun watching things to buy to get millions that cost millions that I don’t have sigh 😌 so.. relaxing💀😌

Nope. Even on Xbox (not my native platform I play on PC) I can land it easily, without even making it smoke more than Snoop Dogg. It really isn't that hard. Though I do recommend having an Office. As if you do crash, you can spawn the buzzard and fly back. That is it from me :D

My homeboy told me the upgraded bunker makes you around 100-200k per hour even better when you got a crew. I run Cayo solo tho and have made at least 5 mil by myself within the last month of me having a kosatka and money doing the b2b glitch

Or you can easily buy 2 cargo Wearhouses and fill them both up 111 crates each and sell them both to get 4.2 million (2.1 million each time u sell one )
But you need people to help sell the cargo because your going to use more then one vehicle

Cayo perico only takes like 35-40 minutes per heist then the 10 minute waiting time so 50 mins max

I fucking *love* the "just learn to fly" argument when it's mentioned how delicate the sparrow is... I have a maxed out flying skill, and gold in every single flying course in online (which was a pain, not worth it, but I did it none the less)
The sparrow blows up if the player runs into it. Tap it with a BMX? Its already smoking. Hit by a car driven by a friend by accident going 5mph? It blew up.

Payphone hits are worth 85k if you get the bonus, mix those with terrobyte and VIP missions you can make alot more.

people complaining about making enough money for the kosatka, do the treasure hunts, the Maude hits. and then head hunter and sightseer missions. took me 2 days of playing before i bought the sub. it really isn't hard. I have 40 mil now just from the heist. also buy the sparrow makes the heist dumb easy. i can do it in about 50 minutes now

Actually. The most better way is first to buy a Kosatka and then keep 1 Million dollar in your bank so you can be a VIP.
Then keep doing the Cayo heist till you can afford a CEO office. Buy one, then you are good to go. Trust me, if you are not a grinder and wanna just keep on making money, this is the best way to make money. Terrorbyte is useless unless you wanna stay safe from oppressors

What I do is get a friend with the sub and use his sub and get 85% of the cut then after the heist I get my sub and since I speed run Cayo perico I make abt 5-10M a day

I would suggest buying the sparrow addition to this.....the helicopter is great, plus you can fly it right into the submarine...makes the mission setups even easier

CEO Office + Vehicle Warehouse max is 400k/hr due to the 15 minutes time limit @ the warehouse itself for sales.
guide to getting kosatka for cayo perico
step 1: complete all treasure hunts (you can find a guide somewhere on youtube)
step 2: you should have 500k-750k by now depending on how many treasure hunts you’ve done so now do the 2x cash and rp jobs until you get 1 mil (or vip work)
step 3: once you have 1mil buy a ceo office
step 4: buy a warehouse (cheapest is 250k)
step 5: buy 3 crates if you can, if not 2 or if you cant even buy 2, buy 1
step 6: grind until you get 2.2M and then buy kosatka.
done and simple
Um you should get one upgrade for the koasatka

The oppressor is good but I only use it when I blow up my sparrow cause it’s just right in he Kosatka and it has infinite missiles so for heist I would choose sparrow
@@godgamer-ot5xi oh i didnt know infinite missiles, thats a plus. but oppressor is faster to do heist setups.. you beach your kosatka and you can park your oppressor on it.. much faster to leave sub and take off on oppressor than to get into sparrow room then leave sub and get to waypoint and back imo

Unpopular opinion I believe the facility should have been added into the vid because we all see the bogdan problem mission that’s coming up constantly which give u 1m every 12 min which the kosatka gives u 1.7 every hour and 30 min. BOGDAN PROBLEM IS BETTER
