Really nice review, appreciate your level of detail, great video and info! Not sure I understand why there was a concern about the figures, I enjoyed your review of them. Thanks again! Subbed!
Hello, algorithm! I really enjoyed building and displaying this set this Christmas. The light strand/garland assembly is indeed finnicky but worth the effort. I'd give Funwhole a pass on calling the strand "complimentary," since they're a Chinese company, and the English in their products and marketing materials tends to be stilted. I'm assuming they meant optional or supplemental. Nothing you pay for in any set is complimentary.
If people insist on hating the figures and if you comment on that every time, I'll have to defend them every time heh. Still a new company and Lego went through many figure variants in their history, FO will likely improve them as time goes on. However the total rejection stance is objectively ridiculous for any true fan of brick systems.😉 That aside a charming little set even if I don't like the Christmas tree build style. Wow on that cheese-slope print job, these alternate brands are really putting Lego to shame in that department. Even though Christmas has past I still want to get this one. 7:39 In all the downplay of the figures I'd yet to see someone show that the legs actually swing, I thought they were solid as the seam tolerance is very tight. That waist swivel is nice, something I wish Lego had thought of many decades ago especially as Technic systems came into play.

I too, enjoy engaging with this channel and the people who comment on it.

Too bad the lights don't blink / marquee. Less festive than I would like to see.
This is nice but i prefer the normal version
😊
