as a foreigner living next to mega mall i havent used the trains for about 10 years because they were just so bad before.... but this looks awesome! im going to start riding them again. I always hated the human element of ticket purchases at manila mrt stations... there would be like 1 window with a person behind it handling transactions with 10,20,30 people queing up... when the rest of the world was all using ticket machines everywhere. ok im riding boni - makati from now on if this is what it looks like

The light rail in Manila need an upgrade and full renovation the stations and carriage. It was so old and outdated compare to Thailand, Singapore and Viet nam metro .
Yes need upgrade for now the problem is the maintenance of the facilities, govt need to fix first the existing defective facilities (elevators, escalators)
