Are you really going to compare TOR to this?! TOR is a 30+ Ton vehicle dedicated only to AA. You can slap a RBS 70 NG on an APC and keep using it to carry troops around. Their roles are very different. Of course the TOR will shoot further and with larger warheads, but you can have a lot more of the RBS 70 NG around, and at a much lower cost, both in money and in logistics. Plus, as the guy on the video said, you can put it on top of a building, which you can't do with the TOR.
