Two Americans embroiled in a drug-smuggling ring run by a drug czar, each suspect the other not realizing they are both undercover agents! Кино
Can watch these movies and totally relax. Lose myself from this weird world of today. Thanks for making them available
It was weird then too. Raymond Burr was Gay. No kissing scenes.
I couldn't have said it better myself.
Absolutely!
Me too.
Fred says baby better than anyone else, ever.
“Don’t talk to any strangers!.” “I don’t know any strangers!.” Love it!!😁
A great mix of comedy, romance, crime and police work! No one could do it like they did in the old days! Thank you, Pizza!!
Yeah thank you for allowing is to relax with these movies. The stress of today is enough to kill you so watching these good oldies brings back the good days.
Switching the dead guy with the drunk was classic!
That was hysterical
We had a guy die doing drugs with his buddies on the 5th floor (of 100 apartments) - they were so scared they'd get arrested, they put a hat and sunglasses on him, put him in a wheelchair, and parked him in the alley behind our building.
This is the first Noir movie that has ever had me in hysterics, im sure I cracked a rib! That cabaret act in the cheesy Taco joint during the first 10 mins was killer. How Raymond Burr kept straight a face is beyond me! Noir' bringing comedy to crime. Love it.
Thanks for watching PizzaFLIX
La la la! La la la! La la la!
It reminds me of Lucy.. lol!
Yes, it was a crack-up! I had a good laugh!
Ay ay aya ay ya yi! Lol
"But they couldn't hold me. I broke out when I was five." MacMurray can pull lines like that off with a straight face, that's why he earned the big bucks.
Fred had a long, tall career and was a hell of a TV dad when it came down to it. I miss the clarity of the times.
It wasn't until he played in My Three Sons did Walt Disney think he was good enough to star in a Disney movie.
OMG! Where have I been? I grew up in the 50's and my dad used to take me Sunday afternoon to the movies to see all these fab films. I'm presently in heaven watching on my tablet. Thank u for ur ability to give us all this gift of film regardless of our technical understanding of the present format. Love
As a kid growing up in the 50's I only knew Fred MacMurray from his Disney movies and My Three Sons... so as an adult, it's wonderful watching his film noir roles. Thanks for uploading this gem. :)
Me Too!
Double Indemnity!!
Zanichbug “The Apartment” and many others.
I prefer his early romantic comedy stuff from the 30's-40's.
"The Apartment" was one of the great movies. "Shut up and deal" was the best ending line ever.
Ok, now that I have seen the whole movie, this would have been a great start to a series of movies. These two, as married crimefighters, would have been a big hit.
It started out as a standard noir and morphed into a Frank Capra romance. 🌹
Great film. The dialogue is very sharp and funny at times, and the scenario very cleverly turned out. Beautiful black and white film too.
I love the scene when the two are trying to act like hardened criminals talking about their dark past.
THE VERSATILITY OF THESE CHARACTERS. THESE WERE TRUE ACTORS.
DALE L we have nothing like them today and movies have moved from the theater of the mind to bouncing boobs and butts!
@@elizabethshaw734 I know, too bad. This old style romance is so much better.
That first canteen scene almost looks like a bad imitation of a scene from I Love Lucy.
Raymond Burr was an excellent heavy, though I have seen 1 or 2 movies where he pulled off subtle comedy fairly well, so it's surprising that he would be most famous for the role of a lawyer. If there had been such shows in the 50s-60s he would have been great as one of those cops who lives by his own rules. The kind of cop we have seen in movies and on tv since Dirty Harry.
And Fred MacMurray? VERY GOOD as a heavy, such a supremely versatile actor.
"That first canteen scene almost looks like a bad imitation of a scene from I Love Lucy." Excellent call!
This film features both Raymond Burr and Morris Ankrum who often played the judge who presided over many of the cases that Perry Mason handled, for the first time
And Fred MacMurray was an early contender to play Perry Mason in that series.
I like Fred as a tough guy.
From 1:01:37 to 1:01:59 - that may very well be the finest dead-stick landing ever recorded on film. With a side-slip compensating for the crosswind in order to line up with the curved beach, the pilot floats it in and ends up posing the plane directly in front of and facing the camera with a flourish. Its impeccable.
Did you notice the face on the plane? 😁
Absolutely love these old movies. Used to have TCM with cable got to expensive. Thanks so much for your channel and these golden classics.
Thanks for sharing, love a good Fred MacMurray movie!!!!!
"She has excellent equipment and doesn't hesitate to use it!"
And she could spell her name
Great line
I just love Fred MacMurray. This was one of his films I'd never seen before, thanks for adding it!! If you like Fred Macmurray in comedy and you can ever find the movie "No Time for Love" give it a try, it's a favorite of mine and very underrated
22:26 When Fred says, "Thanks, baby," it reminded me of all the other films he's been in where he played the heavy. Classic film noir.
"No. He goes for cheap, tawdry dames." "She could pass." HA HA HA HA.
GREAT MOVIE! I forget that Fred MacMurray had a whole film career other than the My Three Sons TV show.Borderline has some good comedy moments with Fred and the great Claire Trevor. Another one of those treasures that needs to be seen and recognized
He starred in what many consider to be the best film noir ever made "Double Indemnity "

Many thanks for the upload, PizzaFlix. Trevor and MacMurray were two very reliable stars, and Hollywood loved to set up male-female contention in which the feisty woman achieves on-screen equality beyond most women's actual experience back then. Avoiding censorship, such jokey tension could be a surrogate for sex, though an audience might assume the couple were, or soon would be, romantically involved. Examples were Robert Donat / Madeleine Carroll, William Powell / Myrna Loy, Katharine Hepburn / Cary Grant, Humphrey Bogart / Lauren Bacall, Doris Day / Rock Hudson. I loved the witty moments here, chemistry that could have developed into a series.
Great, fun twists at the end. It's worth sticking around for the whole movie.
Great Fred MacMurray classic!!! He was such a stand-out actor, in every way! Great t.v. work also!
Love Fred MacMurray movies. Thank you for uploading.
Thanks for the awesome noir, it’s helping me get thru quarantine in NYC
Stay strong safe n secure brother n Bless U n All Always n Forever n Ever.
Great, takes me back even if it wasn't in color. Story was really good. Thank you.
One of the better/more unique endings in film noir. Trevor was great in "Born to Kill" & "Murder my Sweet". MacMurray of course in "Double Indemnity". Raymond Burr in a collection of noir movies. He's a menacing character and physically huge. An "A" noir movie for sure.
you said it! did you know that he played Elaine's father in Seinfeld?

Just love these old movies!
Delightful crime film with plenty of humor. Claire Trevor was a treasure!
Claire Trevor, y'all. One of the best. Watch her steal scenes from Bogart, Robinson, and Barrymore in 'Key Largo'
"Stagecoach."
That screaming chorus line was great
I wanted to throw up.
I like them as a couple very charming and funny !
Love this movie, any with Raymond Burr and Fred MacMurray in I love.
About half way through Fred MacMurray finally became himself, in my reoriented mind, instead of Lee Marvin (who should have made more pictures like this one). Claire Trevor is a real cutie; I agree that she's too "clean" for such sultry work. The major bad guys looked more like community-pillar trial lawyer and bank president but, what the heck, the whole cast made a good play. Very enjoyable story, beautiful sets, nice range of Mexican actors and culture. Would like to have seen more animals in the picture; especially that tigers, who "eat like horses," growling in the background for their ration of horse meat. To make the viewing experience perfect, a plate of hot Mexican food and an ice-cold Corona, is called for --- a fine cigar to follow. Thanks Pizza Flix.
Another good movie that I have never seen before.
Tky
Okay now you are talking about a good movie. Thumbs up.
Agreed! I laughed when they were talking about their "pasts" while on the road in Mexico.
PIZZA, THANK YOU
I love anything with
Fred McMurray.
Good movie,it keeps
your interest till the
surprising ending.
For the era, I'm happy to see they didn't go as heavy on the Mexican stereotypes as they could have. There were a few like "speaking Mexican" and the drunk Mexican. But they acknowledged the American involvement in drug smuggling and that there are some professional Mexican police officers and the two American leads knew at least some Spanish. Bravo 1950. You have much to teach the America of today about U.S./Mexican relations! 👏👏👏👏
You missed when he calls the old man boy!
One of my favourite Fred MacMurray movies!
Check out "DOUBLE INDEMNITY"!!!!!!!!!! Great Fred MacMurray role!
" Double Indemnity " directed by Billy Wilder is on of the great film noir pictures.
Makes my top 50 of all time
Double Indemnity one of my top 5 faves.
My favorite MacMurray noir film!
Chaleco Salvavides was
First time seeing this film and it’s a real gem. Thanks!
That "cabaret" had me in hysterics!
All they needed was Lucille Ball dancing with them... LOL
,,,,,, and the singing ! ,,,,, was killing me !!!!! - LOL !!!!!!!!!!!!!
The song at the begining in the club had me in stitches, great movie thanks for the upload
Fred MacMurray and Raymond Burr are excellent
Tuning the real world out today, it’s too much, so decided to get back into the old movies again. A sense of normalcy
It was the singing at the beginning of the film that did it for me. I laughed so much. I enjoyed the film, thank you.
What? You don't care for their 'harmony'? La, la, la ..... La, la, la ;).
Tra la la...mg
I think this movie is intelligent, suspenseful, and even comical; unlike movies of today, which are just the opposite.
Great film. Thank you for posting.
Burr was great in "Rear window"
Thanks for posting and sharing! Excellent picture quality!!

Fun film to watch - Thanks for posting.
One of my faves! Thanks for posting!
This flic is a real classic!!! The greats Claire Trevor, Burr (Perry Mason), and McMurray. In case you didn t know Miguel is Cantinflas , a legendary entertaniment figure in Latin America. McMurray & Claire really handle themselves in the Spanish language. Claire sounds like she is more bilingual. She is playing an outlaw drug runner with McMurray and they both play outstanding roles. BTW, Claire Trevor is a real classy & great looking Hollywood star. She reminds me of the great Rita Heyworth. Raymond Burr as always, plays a very convincing role. This flic is worth watching several times. TY 4 the great dnload.
Claire Trevor is very good isn't she? I remember her for the great performance she gave in Key Largo. MacMurray is good. Good supporting performances too from the Mexican actors ... Crikey can we say that now without falling foul of political correctness?? haha!
FAST Eddie! don't be so fast,MIguel is not Cantinflas, his name is Jose Torvay and Cantinflas name is Mario Moreno.

gallantrycross It Happened is one of my favorite movies!!
Thanks for posting this great fun movie.
Very good film with an unusual story and scenery. I enjoyed it a lot. Thanks!
Claire Trevor was 40 in this movie.....what a good looking woman she was....
Are you kidding me .. WHAT THE HELL . GREAT MOVIE .
Thanks for posting!
Fine picture! Thanks for uploading this gem!
This is a very funny movie. And I like the use of smoke, steam and dust as continuity. Top-notch photography, direction, mis-en-scene and acting..
But I kinda wish they had used the parrot as a comic or dramatic element. Such potential.
I can do without animals in movies, ha ha ha!!
That is because the poor parrot would have been about two or three hours into their quest. No water and no foods. No budget for either.
Film is crystal clear...amazing...could have been filmed yesterday not 60 years ago!
Thanks for watching! May the Sauce be with you. PizzaFLIX
Great movie!! Thanks for sharing.
All dames are alike. They reach down your throat, so they can grab your heart and pull it out, they throw it on the floor and they step on it with their high heels.
Amazing how hats stay on in open car --:)
@cosmicVox13 Even with bobby pins.
they don`t make them hats anymore ;)
You need to remember, cars didn't go all that fast back then (the roads were pretty crummy), and folks weren't too concerned about about squashing their hairdos.
Mucho Gracias, It's been a long time since I went south of the border.
Many thanks for uploading this film.
Thx. for loading. Excellent.
The boy who carried their luggage up to their room at the second hotel towards the end of the film was Robert Cabot. He played Heysoos the horse handler in TVs Rawhide.
Is that how they spelled his name???
@@MK-hh1vo JESUS can look confusing typed out in a comment during a movie on RUclips when the name in Spanish is pronounced Heysoos, and comes off an old TV Western. The commenter shows a remarkable memory. I can't remember anything from so long ago but the barest details, like "Head em up! Move em out!" and the song, and Gil favor, and HIMSELF, Rowdy, who I later learned was last-named YATES. Jesus/Heysoos the horse handler? Forget it. Literally.
Don't try to understand em,
Just rope em and brand em,
Rawwwwwwwwwwwwhide.
Thank you loved it 😍😍😍
That cat’s chorus in the club!
🤪
Agree with so many of the comments! Thank you !
The wonderful score gives it away. It's an underapprecited bit of film artistry.
Another great movie with Fred M.
Very Cute! Thank you for sharing 😄
yeahriight57 Gee your cute to.
Thank you
Claire Trevor is quite a looker and always a surprising actress, always good and no surprise there. Fred MacMurray, as much of the comments below stated, is an all-around good actor in both comedy and lo and behold film noir! Nice film with 2 pros who know just what to do.
excellent film! thanks for this!
This was a really good one. Thanks.
Watched a documentary about Baby Rose Mary which made me miss my Mom which made me want a old black and white movie cause that's what she'd watch while rocking me to sleep mostly.
Much better quality than the one I just watched. Couldn't see who was fighting with who at the end.
Two actors that work very well with just about anybody on the lot. * * * * *'s
Claire Trevor what a fantastic talent she was
The guy who was Raymond Burr's assistant, played Crazy Cat on the comedy series "F-Troop" in the 60s.
I feel sorry for the poor bird. They never did feed it all during the escapades.
Me too, all the bird did was keep me worrying more than watching.
I hate birds.
All that traveling and still he, a tie & hat in place. She in heels. Ya gotta love the movies!
She has excellent equipment and doesn’t hesitate to use it!
Raymond Burr a very good bad guy
I just began watching and there is Raymond Burr’s name at the top of the Featured Credits; I know this movie is going to be good!
Gotta love 💕 the oldies.
Great movie never saw it before ty
A good one - thanks
