Practice your click speed and accuracy. Increase your pointer speed.
Finally, focus on perfect cs by 10 for a week.
I went from silver to diamond in 1 season doing that.

Practice tool, right click rapidly in 4 different areas.
Try to right click the exact same 4 areas, while keeping your champion in the same spot.
This will drastically improve mechanics. While waiting for each game to start, do that.
