Chicken taco
3 chicken breasts
1 jar salsa
1/2 pack taco seasoning.
Crockpot on high for 4-5 hours.
Shred for tacos!
Easy and delish!
MelissaJayne I replace the taco seasoning pack with a ranch packet. The flavor is phenomenal!!!! It doesn’t taste like ranch it just seems to enhance all the ingredients in the salsa!

Needed this inspiration for meal planning today. I love all your recipes! Have you ever used a hand mixer to shred chicken? Works wonders! It’s my new favorite cooking time saver! Your kitchen aid mixed could be used. I just found a hand one is easier. I also shredded pork with it the other day.
Here's a tip I learned for shredding cooked chicken breast! You can shred the chicken in a kitchenaid with your regular paddle OR put chicken in a bowl and use a double beater hand mixer! Works so fast and is definitely worth the little bit of extra clean up

I'm making that enchilada soup, yumm!!! A recipe my family likes is ranch chicken, and it can be done in the crockpot or the oven.
3-4 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 packet ranch seasoning
In the crockpot, dump it all and cook 2-4 hours on high or 4-6 hours on low. When it's done, shred the chicken and serve over mashed potatoes or rice.
In the oven, dump and cook on 400 for about 20-25 minutes.
More crockpot meals! You always have the best meals and with fall coming up I get so excited to use my crockpot. ❤️❤️❤️
When I do taco soup I use canned rotel. Instead of buying green chili’s and diced tomatoes separate, the rotel has it all in one can. I also use taco seasoning instead of buying all the different seasoning and spices. The taco seasoning will thicken the soup slightly. Also if you have a hand held mixer it will shred the chicken very nicely.

Also cooking hack if you save some of the pasta cooking water use it to rinse out your jar of sauce and when you poor it over the pasta it will help the sauce stick to the pasta. Also adds a little “homecooked” flavor to the sauce.

Lately I’ve been adding just a little bit of the water I boiled the pasta in to my (almost) empty sauce jar, putting on the lid and shaking it. It helps get the sauce out of the jar that just seems to stick to the sides.
Near us we have a tiny Mediterranean grocery store. They have many spices and spice mixes that come parmesan shaker sized. I really love to try new ones for a few shakes on our crockpot chicken. It's like a fun outting for this mamma to go to the small grocery shops and find favorite new things.

Hello Gorgeous Momma. Yes please more meals. Crockpot dump and go are my favorite!! My family always enjoys every crockpot meal i make. I've made every single meal that you showed today lol. However my family will not eat zucchini unless it breaded and fried.or black beans. I make the enchilada soup a little different than you do. I do most of everything the same way. We don't like spicy food, i use 1 tsp lemon pepper seasoning. On top of my chicken ( 6 breast). 1 big can mild rotel. 1 can great northern beans. 1 can pinto beans. 1 block cream cheese. 30 minutes before serving. 1. Cup shredded cheese. Great meal ideas Tiffani! I have a suggestion to replace corn starch that is healthier: arrowroot powder. You can purchase it on Amazon.

1 beef roast
1 jar sliced pepporchini peppers
Low 6-8 hrs
Serve in corn tortillas with coleslaw on top.

Mine never eats what I cook and it gets old giving him the same separate meal as the rest of us and I am afraid this is making him more picky!
Also my go-to crockpot fajitas recipe:
2-3 chicken breasts
Sliced onion and bell peppers
Fajita packet seasoning 1/2 or full packet
Cook low 6 hours.
Slice up chicken and serve on tortillas with sour cream and salsa!

if you have a mixer, try putting the chicken in there to shred. super easy and keeps you from handling hot chicken!

We do that same "texmex chili" is what we call it. We use rotisserie chicken (15min meal)instead and salsa instead of tomato's

You can get the green chili’s in mild as well , the same with enchiladas and most sauces . They have a variety of spice levels
