17:38 IT's still too risky - if that Dragon's fat dad gets impatient waiting for him to come back (I doubt he'll think that something has happened to him because they're too arrogant to think that anyone could harm them or wish to harm them) he'll send the navy after them. Even if everyone agrees to keep quiet we can't guarantee someone won't panic and crack under pressure or let something slip. And we can't guarantee the navy won't attack on suspicion instead of on facts, we know how bad the prejudice against fishmen is and we know how ruthless the navy can be.
