I have and old Jeep YJ with a moldy carpet inside, I’m thinking about ripping it out and putting this in so when I go mudding I can just get a hose and hose out the inside, any advice?

That is a great idea! Many Jeep owners have found that having Rhino Linings in the tub helps tremendously with easy clean up. If you bring in the Jeep stripped prior to the application it should cost less.

Is there a good reason why Line-X always says they remove bed bolts before spraying, but you guys left them in here?

Yes. There is a good reason. Ford specifically states that this bed bolt is a one time use bolt. It is not to be reinstalled. Rather, it is to be replaced. This is due to the design of the bolt and, more specifically, the nut attached to the frame. This nut, when new, has no threads. The bolt cuts them as it is inserted.
Ford installs spray on bedliners in some of its trucks in the factory. Their SOP is to spray over the bolts.
