The Duvet clips don't have to be visible if you turn it inside out when you clip it. Start with the cover inside out lay the duvet on top clip it flat to the cover then turn it right side in and the clips won't be visible but will do their job.
Or normal hair ties. A more elegant version would be to sew 2 strips of fabric to the inside of the corners and tie de blanket with them (some covers already have those).
I Velcro my car registration and insurance folio to the upper inside of the console, also a pack of gum, a tire gauge and a small flashlight. They never get lost! I also Velcro the kitchen TV remote to the refrigerator. There’s a lot more uses for Velcro, or hook and loop tape, especially the industrial strength adhesive-backed type.

They cost a lot more than anything in this list but I made the switch years ago and it was so nice. I no longer need to worry about picking out my good socks for days with lots of walking because none of my socks hurt my feet anymore. I got all matching black ones so I also save some time matching them after washing.

Since I started wearing darn tough socks, I've also replaced my t shirts and underwear with merino wool, but Darn Tough only makes socks. It's almost impossible for merino wool to hold bad odor which can come in handy. Smartwool and unbound are just a few of the brands I wear. None of these can be called cheap but I say they're an amazing value.
Buncha little baggies -- easy to group with split rings/binder rings/etc. Maybe all the "knife parts" go together, maybe all the "backcountry parts" go together, that's a harder decision.

Your mouth will feel better and stay cleaner longer, especially if you have anything going on with your mouth, like gingivitis. Did this for a year or two after a broken tooth extraction. I still keep doing it, just cause it turned into a habit.

My duvets covers all have ties in the corners and my insert has loops. I make loops of the ties and have mini zip ties I use to connect the comforter loops to the cover loops. They are cheap. I have used every other kind of clip in the world, and I’m very satisfied with my zip tie option. It is the only way my comforter has stayed secure inside the cover until washing. If I buy a duvet cover without ties, I sew loops in the corners.

For the duvet fasteners. I've been doing that with hair ties for ages.
Instead of velcro I use long strips of adhesive dual lock. It's like velcro but both sides are the same and it holds really strong.

Lots of them are, or they have ties in the cover and loops on the duvet. The cheaper ones don’t have them, but I’ve always just used big safety pins.

Darn tough socks changed my life

Duvet covers come with strings inside each corner. Your duvet has loops to tie the strings onto.
Not here in the UK.
Sadly many in the USA so not come with them. Sewing them in may be a good option.

Just use your toothbrush to brush your tongue. I travel light and try to not bring things that have only one purpose.
