This is a good video, but i thought you were going to actually use the "wireguard" LXC that is in the templates....any reason why you didn't go that route? I'm new and haven't set anything up, so I am asking to prevent headaches, lol. -signed da noob
When looking to see if I should change the default port, reddit comments said its pointless because its UDP only. On the wireguard wikipedia page it says Wireguard uses only UDP

This looks more like the official way, I used the proxmox VE helper script, just running the script and changing the config afterward and done, the script didn't change anything on proxmox pve, the extra tun and the lines in the LXC config weren't needed, not sure why. Now I am unsure what to use, this method or the ve helper script.

I don't like to use turnkey because I find I don't get OS updates as fast.
