    my dad owned a ROOMING house on WEST AVE. RIGHT BEHIND THE THEN PORTLAND CEMENT & THE QUARY UP LILAC , VERY VERY BUSY PLACE THEN * it was BOB CASSILLY WHO OWNED THE CITY MUSEUM DOWNTOWN * he was probably murdered . the area turned as if you are in EAST ST.LOUIS *SAD 😥

    back then the area was a wonderful country like area * even had an amusement PARK CALLED CHAIN OF ROCKS FUN FILLED PARK. BIG TIME RIDES !

      Portland cement factory. My grandpa worked there. He died when I was a baby. Him and most of the people who worked there developed espestosis related illnesses. The building was full of it and had been shut down years ago

    I went there 6 years ago and put my initials at the top of that staircase (TG) and it's still fucking there lol
