Well, she is not in the wrong. License plates should be visible and full system exhaust is illegal for road use. It sucks to be them but those are the risks you're taking when modding your bikes like this so technically the officer has all of the rights to give them a ticket.

But the chick was definitely desperately trying for something, the same with half the Aussie cops, they'll pull you over and find anything wrong with your car, especially with 4wd's in Queensland. She was a certified Karen in training, but has not yet grown a pixie haircut, so does not get a position on the council of Karen's.
Plus the guy was trying real hard to guilt the police into not giving him a ticket, even though he should've just got a fix-it ticket. He needs to learn what a losing battle is, and fighting with Karens is a definite loss without getting rid of every shred of humility you posess.

Well, technically they deserve the ticket. It sucks to be them but license plates should be visible and full system exhausts are illegal for road use. Those are the risks you're taking when modding your bikes like that so you have not one else to blame but yourself if you got caught.

@@steven-vn9ui Dude! I am Mexican and I live in Mexico City. I witnessed that earthquake and it was a huge thing. A lot of buildings got destroyed and many people were trapped/died under the rubble. In fact I find kind of disrespectful that you are trying to make it look like it was nothing. Lots of people (including children that were at their shool) died that day.

The 4th amendment exists to deter unlawful safety inspections, stop-and-frisk, and any other arbitrary stops without reason, which these cops have none. Unless these bikers were reported t have been speeding or something then they dont need to stop. doesnt matter if they were violating guidelines regarding their plates because there's no way the cops could tell those plates were not bolted to the bike correctly if they hadnt already stopped them

13:34 Yes, I know e20 was having a lil rip sesh but the confidence he had in swerving and avoiding that collision is something that needs to be respected, many accidents that happen (mostly due to moronic drivers) can easily be avoided if you remain calm and keep control of the bike. You’d be surprised how much a bike can handle without losing traction.

But at the same time, he could have switched the lane, let the truck past him and gotten back to his lane without having all that altercation. It seems the truck driver did not want to pass from right and since double yellow there, then not through oncoming lane either. Finally after trying to let biker know many times about wanting to pass, he kind of got pissed and went from right and way too close to bike.

7:53 One thing I'm not clear about, and isn't shown in the video, is how does the biker end up in front of the pickup multiple times? I think there was more going on then we're being shown and he ended up with a lunatic in a pick up.

@@zacharyjackson1829 So was editing videos to change the narrative...but thanks for the tip I'll have to keep an eye out for them. When the truck passed the bike 1st time, light was green and then the EDITED video shows "few seconds later" the truck passed him again, so there couldn't have been a light unless the place the biker lives places lights every few seconds. It had to be that during the obviously EDITED video the bike had to pass the truck in those "few seconds later" in order for the truck to pass him again. So either the description is inaccurate or the cammer is not sharing all that went down by editing the video. All I'm saying is when a video is edited, I don't take it at face value because you don't know the reason behind the editing, makes it suspicious.
They probably kept getting caught at red lights. There are crazy people like that on the road that think the entire road is there’s and if you’re in the left lane “You’re blocking them”. I know a semi driver that went to jail because another trucker didn’t pass and get over fast enough for him, followed him all the way to a truck stop and shot the driver dead.

I mean if you use common sense you can assume there are traffic lights in which the biker pulls up alongside the truck. The bike accelerates a lot faster than the truck and therefore the biker is now in front of the truck again. Then the truck passes again.

There is no regulation for mufflers in the USA. His mufflers are of the legal category. 16:33 is where this is at. Mufflers do not have to be of a size.

I am amazed that the dude at the end was surprised that he got a ticket for his exhaust. The exhaust he has fitted is CLEARLY not stock. Too loud and no baffle. In Cape Town recently (2022 Jan) a buddy took delivery of a S1000RR and had the dealer fit the FULL titanium exhaust from the headers to the back end. When we tested it out it was only a little bit louder than my stock pipe and only 7hp more at the dyno. Two days later he was pulled over by a traffic officer for a routine roadworthy check, yes they can just randomly stop you and check your vehicle. Every thing was going great until I suddenly recognised the cop. The frakkin President of the HOGS down here, he told my buddy to start the engine and bring it up to normal temp. Oh boy he looks straight down the exhaust, shook his head and turned the bike off removing the keys. Of course my buddy freaked out but the cop just walked back to his cruiser and, I thought, called for back up. Imagine the scene when a TOW truck with POLICE markings shows up. Long and short of it all, the bike was declared UNROADWORTHY and removed. My buddy was later charged with 1. Illegally modifying a motor vehicle making it emission non compliant. 2. Excessive noise at the test engine speed (damn cop even knew where to check the data ON THE BIKE). 3. Illegally driving a NON compliant vehicle on public roads. He never saw that bike again. It was permanently smashed and crushed. My buddy is out the equiv of $31750 and when he tried to sue he lost and copped the court costs as well. Another $1250.
If the dude had checked he would have KNOWN he was headed for trouble when the words "TRACK USE ONLY" Exhaust does not comply with EU, US and other countries noise and emission statutes.

If I'm in my car and get cut off by someone, not only am I going to have a harder time getting up next to someone in traffic to do anything, I'm not gonna get out of my car to break their mirror or whatever. On a bike you just lane split and don't even have to get off your bike.

The point is that the biker shouldn't need to. The red trucke driver should be in jail. Same thing with the white sedan driver in the other clip. I get that the biker was speeding and overtaking illegally, but since when is death ever the punishment for 2 simple misdemeanors? They should both be banned from being in any drivers seat ever again
Driver took Neko's actions personally, even though he was doing the speed limit at night on a vulnerable vehicle. I dunno how you can try and spin it to be his fault. Truck could have passed in a safer way, but wanted to "prove a point." Shoulda pressed charges and asked the judge to take the the guy's license.
That kind of behavior has no place on the road.

@@nompotayo2638 no, he is actually in the wrong since he's in the "overtaking" lane but doesn't seem to overtake. If one isn't overtaking in the overtake lane then they need to move over to the normal lane. If they don't then they are lane hogging which can be punishable.

How silly you're of course bikes do attract women you can clearly see it in the video. But it's a common knowledge that you need to get the biggest and fastest bike to attract ladies because no girl wants to ride with a soyboy on his sub 1000cc bike.

earthquakes are actually very common in Mexico (I'm Mexicana) there are multiple earthquakes throughout the year but their small so we don't feel them but in 1985 there was a more devastating earthquake magnitude of 8.0 it hit my home city Sahuayo and took down the apartment building my dad, grandparents and sibling were living at he was young at the time
