@Daniel Nunez I think you are thinking of Kidnapping / False imprisonment depending on what state you are in, an no it would not fall under either since he was not forced somewhere he did not want to go, Just Assault and Battery, petty theft, destruction of property.

She also seemed terrified when he told her what happened. Like she was just standing down there waiting for him, probably thought he crashed. God I hate that feeling.
