- This time i have restored super rusty tokarev tt 33 gun restoration, this pistol was very rusty and deadlock and was not easy to restore but i did hard work for this impressive restoration, I use modern techniques for this gun restoration , Now im going to shortly explain about those operation which i done.
----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Electrolysis Rust Removal
I used electrolysis tank, 4 iron roads , DC power supply [ Standard Battery charger ] , Sodium bicarbonate, and distilled water for electrolysis rust removal. first i put water in tanks then add 2 tea pones of sodium bicarbonate . i adjust current and voltage at V=12 , A=1.
Gun Bluing
Gun Bluing is very important part of this video because gun part bluing is necessary to get rid corrosion. there are different method of gun bluing but i choose hot black oxide, this hot black oxide process is difficult but durable the cold bluing, i used anodic metal clear for black oxide gun.
Mirror Polish
Mirror Polish a gun is very easy, I used white compound , cotton wheel, abrasive wheel, steel wire wheel and bench grinder for mirror polishing pistol barrel and body and result is front of you.

This is the first time I have EVER seen a gun restoration video
The reason why you dont see much channels like this is cause showing gun parts on youtube is not allowed if you want to earn money with your channel en most country's guns are not allowed to keep.
Unfortunatly this is not a gun restoration, more DIY stuff :)
Old, rusted guns are absolutely beautiful to look at. Something about them just amazes me.
That recoil spring is toast.....really cool what you did though. I'd look for a new barrel ,recoil spring and maybe rebuild the trigger with all new parts. I cant believe that rust bucket came back to that though. WOW
Thanks
finally a gun restorer that knows what they're doing! so many people grind these vintage pieces to look like cast iron turds. thank you for not ruining the clean lines of this tokarev.
What i learned when I was working in the shipyards was that a skilled technician can restore everything with the right tools that is..
I have seen guns that had liquid led poured into their barrel and then the barrel bent , legally been " destroyed " been completely restored and functional again..
There's no real limit for a good metal worker
Liquid led is used to meassure the chamber
@@Stress394 am not a gunsmith, but this way isn't a pain in ass to remove the led from the interior of the rifle ? I mean they way they " destroying " it is based on the idea that the fire mechanism is going to stuck with the led cooling in side
At 3:00 I started thinking he was going to "restore" the gun without even taking it apart...🤣🤣
Man, you are an artist. SHOOTING TEST! SHOOTING TEST!!!
Thanks a lot
@@IronManRestoration SHOOTUN TEST
I honestly just like the idea of picturing these old rusty guns in a jacose and coming out clean
*me looking around at these kind of videos* Cleaver... Knife... Katana.. Oh An Old Pistol, This is unique
Just when you think nothing could be fixed or restored...this video comes out. Respect.
Maybe if you find two Makarovs some day, you will give them a full-auto conversion with 80 round drum mags
Who cares if it doesn't shoot. This man has the talent to bring items back from the dead and that's awesome. Hope you have a room in ur house where u show off all ur restorations
This is called happiness! Thanks for showcasing this amazing restoration!
Lol in watching pursuit of happyness while reading this comment.
My grandfather was an officer and he gived me one TT and whenever I found bullets with low price I buy them as its very fun to shot with this weapon.
plot twist: you shooting bllets at people :D
Comes to pakistan and get bulltes cheap price
Iron Man thank you for your kind notice of my comment. Your project reminded me of an old friend who years ago found a pistol in similar condition inside an old nightstand stored inside an attic with a wrecked roof, the elements had taken a heavy toll on everything kept there in. Not as skilled and knowlegeable as you he doused the sidearm in kerosine and then left it for about a year residing inside a container of mixed transmission oil and Marvel Mystery oil. It loosened up enough to work the slide and disassemble, having a fully loaded magazine with a chambered round and the hammer cocked, thumb safety off. The previous owner kept it for house protection and had passed away without anyone the wiser about it until my buddy inadvertantly came upon it and thankfully delt with it safely. But his handgun came out crude and rough, though functional, we test fired it and it consumed a full magazine of new cartridges. The original rounds were of course 'duds' by then.
thats great
you are alo my friend
@@IronManRestoration I am humbly honored.
welcom bro
@@IronManRestoration Will be looking forward to viewing more of your magic.
Of course, it is clear that the meaning of the video is not to show the gun t, and to show the restoration of the rusty gun. The new worker.)) good job!
Thanks bro
7.62x25 very powerful and fast pistol round... excellent job restoring this!!!
Not a pistol round. Sub-machine gun round. Pistol was built around the round itself.
It’s powerful alright, having been shot by one of these handheld cannons I can vouch for that!
Not very powerful, just fast and it doesn't have a lot of stopping power
As soon as he pulled out that claw hammer I knew he was a PRO
Yes, absolutely !
Is that real gun
As soon as I saw the intro I knew I had something better to do
Still why ?.. just trade it for a Pokemon then buy a glock
@@chaitanya44575 yes.. it fires the potent 7.62 x 25mm round
Приятно. Что наше оружие. Ценят. И восстанавливают. Спасибо. Что кусочек. Истории. Продолжил. Жить!
I feel that that after disassembly giving all the rusty parts another electrolytic process would have been easier but I wouldn't know...great video.
Thanks
You crazy? It's expensive
I've have to say you have talent and skills and it is a joy to watch you work. Most of us watching wish for you're talent.
thank you so much
Excellent job sir! Great work on a pistol that deserved to be restored.
Congratulations! What a great job restoring the gun!
I would have thought it was a piece of garbage and you turned it into an amazing weapon!
Absolutely awesome restoration on this Tokarev TT 33 handgun !!!!!!!!!!

Beautiful work. Absolutely stunning.
That was beautiful.
wow, just wow. very beautifully done, one small point tho: i would have put either grips of black wood or original black plastic grips with the star on it.
Now this is a dream project. I wish I had a rusty gun for cheap to fix.
This is one of the coolest videos I've ever seen.
First ever youtuber with 'basmalah' in the beginning and the whole video without amy sort of music bro.
Love from INDIA! ❤
:D
Oooh come on
Güzel bir çalışma oldu arkadaş. Tebrik ederim. Deneme atışı yapabildiğini görmek isterdim.
at 18 I had a TT, a very powerful gun and a comfortable
Scientia Enigma ?
I had a AirTronic PSRL-1 at 15 very powerful and heavy search it up it also looks cool 🤣
7.62x25 Tokarev is probably one of the weakest self defence calibers you could use. It's not powerful at all
Very Useful tips also can be used partly for other mechanical devices like the car calibers. (My situation).
This guy is alchemist and artist.
I like how he just likes every comment 😂 kinda wholesome
I think he just doesn't read them. He even likes questions he doesn't answer.
I think he has a software to do that
OH MY GOD THAT AWSOME
Weapon doesn't kill somebody. It's just a tool like knife or axe.
Nice work man.
Sure, thats why the us has so many school shootings, while europe has none
i love tokarevs, thx for restoring this one!
RESPECT FROM PAKISTAN 🇵🇰
very cool video and great restoration of tt 33.
Вд 40 спасает жизни! Ну и прямые руки тоже.
Beautiful exterior restoration, but it really needs a new recoil spring. When you racked the slide it does not return fast enough to cycle reliably.
Great job. That probably looks better then when it was new.
Your work is absolutely amazing keep going bro 👍
So happy you didn't put crappy royalty Free stock music.
Nice work brother, she's a beauty.
Forget the gun, I’m getting a holster for my WD-40!
Только вчера смотрел видео какой - то дед из америки с румынским ТТ пояснял , что предохранитель -- обязательное условие для экспорта . Правда , на его экземпляре всё - же не было клейма " Ролекс " )))
I'm impressed with how good looking it turned out. It would have never crossed my mind to fabricate grips from epoxy. Good job.
Beautiful pistol, great work man!
While many people would not think you an artist, sir, I do think you are.
Thank you
Good job man, like
احلى حاجة فى الفيديو صوت الاذان فى الاول
I was expecting the grip to be colored, but that contrasts amazingly well with the resin grips and slide.
Very Nice Work , thank you for explaining
ابداع👌🏽❤
واحلة شي بلفيديو الاذان اللهم صلي على سيدنا محمد❤🌹
Good job...seeing it fire would have brought closure however.
Nice
All I can say is WOW!!!
Awesome cosmetic work man!! Did you end up getting a new barrel and hammer/sear/springs? Wolf sells pretty complete spring kits which will solve your issues there, and more then likely you dont have the tools to properly bore, line, and a rifling broach to bring it back into spec... so i would say a new barrel would be the better option if you wanted it to fire again (well, fire safe and reliably haha - you could prob get a round down a chem and abrasive cleaned barrel but IDK how accurate it would be plus the added chance of explosion if a squib round gets stuck in there) Either way, great video - thanks for sharing your hobby and craft!!
Trabalho maravilhoso!! Excelente restauração!! Parabéns!!
ماشاء الله تبارك الله، شغل نظيف! تحية من السعودية.
THIS IS ART !!!
Красавца, молодец, ему респект и уважуха из ржавого превратил в состояние
Dont pretend to be russian pls
good restoration video, pure joy to watch 👌😁 I think you should replace the recoil spring though, because the slide reset seemed a little lazy to me.
have you test fired it yet? if so, how did it perform? if you haven't will you make a video out of it?
The thing seems to need new springs (though I fully believe you took care of that until now, as well as the rear sight), but other than that, it's heartwarming to see a rust farm of a pistol resurrected.
Solid job, cheers!
The tokarev looks so cute now
From now on every weapon in history will be restored by this man
Could you do a video of shooting it cuz I love the restoration but if the gun doesn't fire it's basically a paperweight
Illegal in his country? Lol
@Honk Honkler I completely agree. Either way, the gun could be illegal. Whoooooo knows?
Very properly done!
Wow awesome work man
wonder if would have been easier to do the electrolysis again after u got all small parts taken apart .
Or media blast everything instead of wire wheels and brushes.
Looks amazing. Springs look like they need to be replaced though.
it will fire but you are right
Very Kool and a great job👍
Amazing work!!!
Good working
Good job! Very nice restoration👍🏻Can shoot?
Awesome video they’re relaxing and extremely addictive
Thanks bro
I'm the only one wondering about that rolex logo on it?
Back in 1974 Alejandro Rolex decided he wanted to try his luck at the weapons business so he decided to go with a russian arms manufacturer to develop a pistol that his clients could use, together they developed various weapons which secret agents have been using since then, MI6, the kingsmen, Spetnaz, SAS, the zapatistas, the crips, the cribs, the ribs, the appalachians, mexico's army, etc... Have all used this guns, it is believed that this gun will be the next symbol of uprising in hong kong during the protests, Rolex is making billions of bucks
@@WillXtinger as plausible as Swiss watch makers crafting guns may seem I gonna have to call bullshit on that.
Bluematchhead yeah sounds made up
Pakistani copy, they put all kinds of weird names and logos on guns. I think its cool though, like to have a Rolex Tokarev to show off
@@Bluematchhead read the text carefully
I think it would look better with a wood grip but that’s just my opinion. Nice work.
Josh Cade Yea it "wood" lol. If I recall correctly the early versions of the TT-33 came with wooden grips.
Imagine finding a Remington from ww1
Amazing work
You did a great job ! Congratulations !
WD-40 is a most revolutionaly weapon which ever made.
It's also the worst crap ever made. Better use oil for stitching machine or even transmission fluid or just used motoroil. Coca cola sometimes helps for cleaning, never drink it it's not like fizzy bubblech.
