Great review, I love a good slip joint and Jack Wolf Knives are some of the best out there. Thanks for giving some love to old school-style blades and showing what you can get done with them, just like grandpa did. Loved you Barlow series also.

I agree with you on slip joints being someone’s first folding knife. It teaches hand placement and how they can fold up when used wrong. “A folding knife is just a broken knife.” - The Old Man Side note, S90 is one of my favorite steels.
I love Jack Wolf knives. I have 3 of them. The cost is to steep to have more. Everyone of them is perfection! I don't think you could get a better slipjoint for any price!

I wouldn't say I love or hate slip joints being that they are only about 5% of my collection. I can say that I love Jack Wolf Knives! They are up there with my very favorite knives I have ever owned. The knives are awesome, but when you add how great the company and Ben are, I will alway be a fan and always buy their knives.

There's nothing wrong with a slip joint, as you're proving. I like to shoot and hunt with flintlock firearms, so I certainly appreciate using outdated technology. As an apple afficionado, I can't endorse the consumption of convenience store apples. If you ever get the chance to eat a cosmic crisp apple, it will change your world. Lol
