You are doing a great job, you got me back to diving safely after 18 years break, I did all the exercises easily without panicking and was back diving comfortably after the refresher! Thanks again!

This helped me so much after I took the exam, but before I went to do the in water exercises. Thank you! My OCD makes me need to ad, tho: the right term is *venomous* in those cases.

Hello! I’m a professional singer and I want to learn to scuba dive to swim with giant manta rays! Bucket list experience for me. I naturally have a very shallow breathing pattern, in professional athletic singing we hold our breaths or take in little air for long periods of time when performing - I’ve trained for more than 20 years so this is second nature to me.
Do you know of any breathing exercises for shallow breathers? Should I practice by blocking my nose and learning to mouth breathe - maybe add some aerobic exercise?
Any and all help very welcome! Thank you 😃

Hi, most important is to never hold your breath while scuba diving, but slow breathing is ok.

@@MarcelVanDenBerg1 that’s excellent news. Do you know if a dry suit would be good for people who tend to feel the cold?
