Would love the car meet spots. I hate finding a group of cars, following them around for a bit, then they just disappear. My favorite was FH3 where a bunch of people would roll up to a parking lot and hang out.
It’d be nice if they could just make it so that when a big convoy arrives on the volcano they don’t disappear and reappear at random.
IMO either the map is too big or the number of visible players at one time is too small.

@@wyapharoah I just have people phase in and out every once in a while, or just a completely different group. I'm usually at the festival hub or out somewhere drifting so I'm used to driving by myself anyways. Sometimes I'll randomly find a group of people, they'll be there one minute and gone the next. Then 10 seconds reappear down the road. I know it's something to do with their servers. I got used to it. If I do follow, I just sit at the back for a bit before just going off to do my own thing.
@@thesprawl2361 Sometimes I'll be doing a run up/down the mountain. We'll start off together, they'll disappear in the middle section of the run, then reappear when we get to the other side.

It would be quite underwhelming if it's literally just Car Meets Again from previous Horizon titles.

@@ericship111 i would disagree lot people miss car meets. Miss that feeling of car culture where there's a designated area to park up hang out check out each other builds. I think this would be a nice return if that's possible

I'd hardly call Cars & Coffees car meets for a casual audience. More like car meets for mature car enthusiasts, if we're talking real car meets.
If we get a new car meet feature, it should be similar to Forzavista where you can kind of walk around and open the hoods, trunks, roofs, and doors of your car to show it off to everyone.
I think that would end up being alot further down the line in terms of full game releases if they did this most systems would struggle to do it
@@BMWZEPHYR Yup, a lot of People seem to forget that FH5 still needs to Support the Base Xbox One, a System that was considered Outdated and Underpowered, to a Laughable Degree, Even at Launch! A Decade ago! They need to Temper their Expectations to match the Limitations of the Base Hardware.
Your point about people not having time was spot-on. Yes, PG has been leaning more and more towards children, but the vast majority of the player-base is still made up of adults and a lot of them - like myself - played FH1 as kids/teens and are now in college, working and have families

In the UK, we have caffeine and machine outlets where people meet to admire cars, attend car meets and also have coffee or something to eat.
The Original is also only Half an Hour from PGG! so it could well possibly be a Collaboration!
The next update is definitely going to be focused heavily on enthusiast cars and modern favorites. As far as the coffee theme goes, maybe it will introduce a new way to unlock exclusive cars. Meaning it will last for the rest of the life of the game

Just desperate for a Horizon Arcade update. Back in fh4, Forzathon Live acted as a car meet pretty much, every hour groups of 5-12 players would meet up, not only to complete the event, but to check out each others cars. Plus. Horizon Arcade is just sad at the moment. Never anyone to play with lol.

I mean in FH1 one of the first things we saw is the diner. Just give us the diner to buy stuff and chat. One more way to spend those "hard" earned credits.
BTW a lot of Jaguar names restaurants are in various locations around the map.
Also there is Opel Mokka, small crossover.

It will be nice to have the Coffee Shop like a Story mode...after completing missions to be able to buy the place and like in FH3 to upgrade it by doing races. Also to have it as a meeting place and Coffee...why not. Cheers

i wish if the car meets feel very alive, like having the ability to walk around the car meet on foot, being able to open the doors, windows, trunks, and ESPECIALLY the hood to showcase the engine and everything, and having voicechat on as well so we can talk that would be amazing, i hate that fh5 is rated pegi 3 which has to do with how restricted the game feels, but oh well

Yeah imagine we get the similar vibes as track day in Need For Speed Prostreet with music, DJ, and announcer all that kinda stuffs, but we can walk around and see everyone's cars, that would be perfect, I know I'm sniffing that copium.

@@Caesar.X you should definitely play it if you have PC (idk if it supports backward compatible on xbox, but I played on xbox 360 back in the day). It's shocking how in 2007 they nailed the car culture scene perfectly even for today's standard. The engine sounds, the festival vibes, the sense of speed (probably the only game that makes you afraid for speeding), and the soundtrack, it's perfect. The controls is a bit aged, but it's still fun nonetheless. It's definitely Horizon's car festival theme should be IMO.

4:55 The Plymouth Barracuda hasn't been cycled into the rewards again(since it was added) from what I've seen, and I don't want to spend 20 million for a 250 thousand credit vehicle.
It doesn't make sense that they made the Hemi Cuda(Could/should have been the Barracuda) a reward during this first week of the retro wave series, when it's easily purchasable in the autoshow.

If they do they have to fix the rear toe tuning issue. When you tune rear toe it is actually tuning the middle axle only.

I doubt it's a business since we don't have a single business in the game, would be weird to start adding them now. Although a car meet option to make a map feel more alive is a must

If they're bringing back Suzuki. I know there's only a slim chance, but please PG introduce the Mk3 (actually Mk4) Swift. And do the Suzuki fanboys of the world a service.

I absolutely agree that the auction house is broken, almost hopelessly. What they need to do is introduce some of the unobtainable cars back into the super wheelspin drops so that you increase the supply so there's more to go around, whether that be messing w/ the algorithm or something else. Having to spam the auction house button for up to an hour at a time is not the answer. Sorry, didn't mean for it to turn into a rant but...
We have coffee to recharge , what about Cars & Coffee - refuelling? Recharge at service stations along the highway, canyon, beach’s etc ? Or could be added per Horizon site. Could this be a beta test ahead of FH6
If they do the meet spots we should really get to walk around, we have all the character customization things and we never actually use it.
And since you showed it in the video, can we get ths s5s back yet?

If it was a forzavista style cars and coffee I think it could work. Imagine walking around (giving more use to player models) and looking up close to all the cars.

I really hope it allows you to trade cars or give cars to other players
FH5 doesn't need more cars...it has like almost 1000 (yes, many under paywall, but still a lot even for the base game)
What it needs is game modes, more interactive stuff between random players.
Like head 2 head which is limited to just some quick runs that isn't even fair, one car that was already rolling in the right direction might have a jumpstart of 10 car lengths (i've personally received such a bonus head start), or might face a wrong direction). What this h2h needs is more selectable options, like drag, sprint, circuit, drift, wreckage, etc..) and even a class selection for players (if one player is in a hot rod and the other in a offroad monster, they could select cars for the challenge.
Then those h2h points you win, should be used in some sort of ingame shop, to get something cool, like clothing, or whatever...or exchange for forza points for other example.
...
Then in eliminator, this game mode is stale, nothing added to it, same old cars, same thing from the game launch.
This game mode should feature ALL cars (even those behind a paywall) because tis way players can enjoy those "paid cars" and could even be incentivised to actually buy that specific car pack if they like it.
And many other things, as said in the video, the map is huge but empty, needs 10x more content, new races added for each category, like literally double the current number of races.
Well, If you think that Forza are putting in new cars from certain countries. Then, yes it would definitely be the most likely. Like the Nissan Tsuru, which is also one of the cars to start in The Eliminator had a particular story of it's background. There's another car in resemblance of it, but in different countries. This one is Aspark Owl, which is originally built in Torino, Italy. However, it's actual makers are from Japan. There's a resemblance of it very clearly. I do have previous experience of Forza Horizon 2 & 3, but do have the car meets very well. I believe that the Coffee Badges that are brought up as a teaser for Update 36 are definitely car meets. However, it's going to be a bit different due to the car meets back in 2 & 3, but what Forza will do is change it around for a different perspective to give Forza Horizon 5 more life. However, with the Forza Motorsport that we have currently will extend for a while due to keeping Forza Horizon 5 to have more life extensions. Like the car meets with coffee, there will be a most likely a new story based around it. There's a lot of rumors that you don't know officially, but Forza are keeping their Updates on Forza Horizon 5 very secretly. There's more than meets the eye. However, like you mentioned towards this clip, there's a car I know that's based around a particular area and definitely has a lot to prove of it's existence. Only one car from the particular area is definitely a must watch from Forza and it's already in Gran Turismo 7. It does have a huge world record and does have a huge rivalry against the Koenigsegg Jesko. The Voted car for Update 35 is definitely the Maserati MC20, but don't forget. There's more cars that are coming into Forza Horizon 5. I believe the more cars are coming in, the more the game extends. Remember Forza Horizon 6 will not feature this year due to Forza Motorsport 8 from last year is fresh! Its definitely incorrect resources are definitely fake from rumors, but the continuation of this is very possible. However, don't dwell into other people's fake rumors like the fake map for Forza Horizon 5. The fake rumors have returned to throw you off. Be very careful on gaining information from other people's website's information. When you smell a fake, don't just believe it just go with your gut instincts. Have a crack of a car that's a rival to the Jesko and has a world record. If you wish to figure it out, there's only one record that does beat the Jesko so severely. Not the Bugatti Bolide, there's another. Only one can surpass the Jesko in Forza Horizon 5. It's in Gran Turismo 7. Do some more resources to find more real cars that can be rivals to the cars in Forza Horizon 5.
For the next update, i wanna see the seasons filled with highly requested cars both 20 and 40 poonts

It would be funny if they added a tank in the game and you can fire the gun but only at the beach where there will be targets to practice . But also I would like another home where you can take bigger vehicles like tanks, monster trucks and much more and would like them to give us a cars that are already modified so it would save us time doing it.

out of every car their is the suzuki i cant see even gettin added at all no one would drive it yes itd be good for budget builds but if im thinkin cars and coffee im goin for a 1997 saturn Sl1 that car needs to be added this update i cant see any other car. we dont even have saturn or suzuki but if we get both id be happy i wouldnt dare say saturn isnt deserving. we havent had a saturn in forza since motorsport on the 360 we need the sl1 that has crazy options for customization. ppl laugh at it but its literally the best if not greatest sleeper of the late 90s to early 2000s

I think the updates would start getting stale before FH6 is even announced. As far as new cars, MC20 is a highly likely contender as other games have had it for years now. Hopefully something is done about the fomo festival playlist and AH cars. I refuse to spend 20M just because I took a break from the game. so annoying

@@ericship111a new game will definitely bring new bugs and new updates to wait for... I'm hoping the work continues to be put in fh5 for a while. Other than the map being very plain and no traffic the driving and navigation of the game itself, menus etc., Fh5 is really going well

the chevy wont be in forza. they're going to put it in fallout. time period, styling and direction of the build all point to this
