    Hi Bonnie, HDS-er here! Been having persistent issues with shoulder pain on and off for last 18 months or so. Was having a recent episode and did this series and, unless it was a complete coincidence, the pain completely resolved itself. Will now be doing this at least weekly for maintenance. Thanks so much, only just discovered your channel and finding it extremely useful.

    The second last exercise is amazing, it has made a real difference on the constant dystonic storms I experience. 🙏🏻

    What are those bands called? I am having trouble finding ones that aren't closed loops.

      They are either called thera bands or clini bands. You can get them on Amazon. I generally like the medium for legs and light for arms.
