Love Anything Lemon however Lemon Pie & Cookies are Wonderful. Your Lemon Pie looks Scrumptious. I have tried so many times to make homemade pie crust and just can’t get it right. I don’t have the right kind of table to roll it out on. I bought a marble slab but it was 10 x 10 that’s not big enough. QUESTION: What Brand, Size and Where did you purchase your Pudding Pot? I already know that is heavy duty stainless steel which is what my cookware is, but I need one of those pots.. Love your show, Love your food and Love your Enthusiasm. That pie looks sooo good! I love lemon but my husband doesn't so I have to wait until my kids come. But I did make your dumplings today and 2 loaves of sour dough bread. They were delishous! ❤
My Grandmother made the best Lemon Meringue Pie..." Mile High Lemon Meringue Pie ".. but she taught me to cool the Filling ,in the Pie Shell for One Hour ,before topping with the Meringue... or it creates a " watery Pie " afterwards.
