The angel halo would really help make the outfit look like 1 million diamonds, if you go to infinite colors and make the color a light yellow it looks like the light halo
But that would be obvious
but if u zoom in to the halo then u can see the two little sticks that's what I normally do

I got it from trading, you can get it by doing that OR completing a New Years quest.

I’m saving for the mon Cheri set and dear dolly to and for dear dolly I have the gloves and the bow only edit:to grind i go to sunset island and do 5 pageants=1,000 and do one day of royal high school =one level and a half level then go to sleep =might level so 300 also do the fountain,wheel,and computer logins total is 1,300 diamonds
