@retroolschool The exciting thing about these classics and the STO is that they are still completely rebuilding them, meaning they will last for MANY years to come. I've seen some classics that I swear look brand new with the new paint job etc.
@retroolschool, All the STO classics have A/C, the ones with no units on the top have them in the back like the Orion V's of OC transpo. Sadly though I think only a few classics A/C still work cause of parts being unavailable for them.
There's still 8 more classics left but they're all ex Calgary models. Those buses will be retired next year so if you want a bit more footage on the classics I suggest you start making the trip soon! However, I haven't seen a classic face to face in two years.
really? I don't remember them running off peak, sometimes they run off peak but its super rare, like they have the bus that was supposed to run not working
the first 2 buses u saw in this vid I saw at around 1pm, and its also likely like you wrote that buses needed repair. Probably many LFSss, since they never compared to the reliability of the Classics.

having lived there I would assume that it was rush hour because the classics don't run off peak periods, it always run during rush hour
Actually some of them do run in non peak hours...

yeah, the LFSs do most of the routes off peak so I'm surprised those buses ran at 1pm
