    Some of those portraits are rather beautiful with a classic SX70 look. Well done.

    FYI: 600 and iType color films are the exact same product, they just put some in cartridges with batteries and others without them

      That’s interesting - what effect does that have on the film to cause the difference in colours?

    big Polaroid guy here , have many in my collection , have shot the Polaroid 20 24, that said . . . I simply cannot get a pleasing exposure w/the I 2 ? your work is wonderful though.

    your polaroid shots are amazing! i wanted to kindly ask: do you primarily use a tripod, or do you just hold the camera? this question is primarily with respect to aperture and shutter speed priority

    Hi, your pictures are stunning!
    I’m considering to get the I-2
    But some of reviews said that it has some exposure problems.
    Do you recommend the I-2 for street photography by daily use?

      Hey! Thank you so much! I'd agree that the exposure can be hit and miss, yes! I think it would work well as a daily camera for street photography but, in the spirit of film (and in particular instant film), expect some imperfections/irregularities!

    Seems like Polaroid films are finally catching up to Instax quality and consistency

      She seems to have got amazing looking shots which was not the case when I shot polaroids. When you nail Polaroid shots, they can look really good. But I found I would have at best 3 keepers from a pack of 8. So it’s ok if you have money to burn.

    can you tell me how did you scan/upload the polaroid to your computer?

    • @SophiaCarey
      @SophiaCarey  4 месяца назад

      Hey! I scanned it using a film scanner that digitises the image!

    how did you sync the external flash? I can't get mine to trigger my flash, how do you set up the polaroid?

    • @SophiaCarey
      @SophiaCarey  11 месяцев назад +1

      Are you using a PC-cable through the sync port? You should be using a 2.5mm sync cable. If you don’t have a sync cable, another way to “cheat” it would be to turn on the flash on the Polaroid so that it triggers your other lights, but that will be harder to control exposure as you have another flash that you won’t have accounted for in your set up

      You need a MONO sync cable not a stereo!! That solved it for me

    Did you ever use fully auto?

      Yeah, I use it loads! Especially for backstage portraits at gigs and things like that.
