I don’t know what would be valuable to a Hotwhells colleter but I know highway 35 and excelracers are the most wanted because there the most pircey ones so keep a look out for those
Hey. I'm posting this really hoping you will see it. I have watched your videos since about 2012 or 2013. To put it into perspective, I am 15 years old now on Jul 21, 2024. It is very ironic that THIS is the video i stumbled upon after all of these years, because I niw have a fairly large Hot Wheels/Matchbox collection and they are all only to play with in terms of like roleplay and stuff. I dont play with them much anymore. I really just admire them now, but i still love my collection and i think im about to give away a lot of the cars that i never really use because they are just a bit too absurd with the unreality of how they look. My fav car is the Mercedes 300TD just cause I like wagons and the colour green. I recently started collecting matchbox cars (and some hot wheels) because I liked how realistic they are, like owning a tiny tesla or sport car. They're also cheap at the dollar store and small making it easy to collect. It's interesting to see the vintage packaging because I'm so used to the new ones, it's kinda annoying seeing cars on the card not match the toy though lol. I also just collect the cars I like personally and don't keep the packaging or buy duplicates.
Recently, I bought a hot wheels car I liked at a flea market for $4 for a 2023 car that is $2 at the dollar store, felt like a scam but bought it anyways so I don't have to search for it later. But I wonder if they purposefully buy it from store to just resell it because it's not vintage or anything.
With so many repeats, I would probably group them and sell them in lots as well. I was always more of a matchbox fan when I was a kid. When I got older, I started to become more in interested in Hot Wheels, the oddballs and crazy designs especially. I went to the dollar store the other day and found a DeLorean Time Machine from the second movie! Now something like that stays in my collection, although it's not worth much. Super interesting video, I would have watched you go through every single one! Can't wait for the mini cooking episode! wow I used to watch you all the time when I was 6 or 7 and I still remember your dip and dots and gak videos and I'm surprised that you are still making these videos to this day as most of the youtuubers I used to watch stopped making videos.
