I've had one and a half good prints but it won't stick to the bed anymore...I've leveled it multiple times, tried to use tape, glue, and hairspray to try to get it to stick again but it won't. I'm getting incredibly frustrated at it. Any other advice before I send it back?
hi, probably the nozzle issue, can you take a video of the nozzle position when you do feeding? we will see whats happening when the filament come out from the nozzle. share the video link to info@easythreed.com
i have bought the printer and fed it pressed start and downloaded a new G-code onto the SD card and hasn't started printing yet and its been 10 minuets
hi , please try the initial rocket.gcode first. if ok. means your gcode is not correct , then you can send your gcode to us to check info@easythreed.com
Any suggestions for getting the k1 working with cura. Test files preloaded print ok when the bed is covered in painters tape. My attempt at cura generated files is hitting a wall
Hello I jujst received mine today , and it's not printing on the Y AXE it only print a line from left to right I did everything like on teh video . Should I just send it back or is there anything I can do to fix it ? Thank you !
I just bought this printer, but I can only print the g-codes present in the micro-sd. any other external file gives me extrusion problems. Can you help me understand why?
please email to info@easythreed.com format the TF card . and put the initial rocket.gcode try again. if it work. then probably your gcode has problem . send us check your gcode.

I bought a weird PLA filament that the flow isn't nice like the one in your video. Perhaps can it be a nozzle issue too.

PLA, TPUは問題無く出力出来る。
ダイレクトエクストルーディングでフィラメントの交換が楽で使いやすい。
標準のスプールホルダーがゴミで自作するか買う必要があるけど。
ただ、購入直後は静音をウリにしているのにｷﾞｶﾞｶﾞｶﾞｶﾞみたいな感じでかなりの異音がしてた。
これはレールにシリコンスプレーでかなり収まった。
しかし現在はA社の某s機がかなり安くなっているのであまり価格面での強みがなくなってしまった感じはある。

hi , please check whether the Y motor wire connected well or not. thats the probably reason.
