Also, another reaction recommendation is ‘Be My Lover’, part of a single album Ateez released called ‘Summer Songs’(which features Black Cat Nero and another song called ‘White Love’). Be My Lover is a collaboration between Ateez and Kim Jongkook, one of the original artists of Black Cat Nero. The song is completely different to Black Cat Nero but it shows Ateez’s infinite potential and versatility, and how far they’ve come to be able to work with legendary artists. I actually find the black cat nero so much creepier because the original is an old Italian children song called "Volevo un gatto nero" and is sang by literal children and taking it and putting it to a halloween theme takes the meaning to another level for me.
I was also front row at the kcon after party 2019!! by the view from the video I can tell I was about 3-4 people to the left of that person recording. one of the best nights of my life.

The guy in the video is KJK, who was part of the duo TURBO, the owners of the original song (wich sounds SO different from ateez's version of it) TURBO were the judges of the episode where ateez's won and KJK loved them so much that he decided to appear on the video and also made a collab with them called "Be my lover"!

Immortal Songs is a variety show in Korea where artists come on with their popular songs and other new artist cover their songs.... ATEEZ went on at first to cover this song "Black Cat" orginally done by a group called Turbo...Kim Jongkook is who you saw. When he first started, he was in Turbo, and yes now he hosts a lot of variety shows, including guest hosting on ICSYV Korea and Running Man. This was ATEEZ's first appearance on Immortal Songs and they won it. The first 4th Gen group to do so...and from there they did covers of songs from Rain, Psy, their big brothers BLOCK B and Big Bang. All in which they won. The last two I think they did while they were doing Kingdom, or maybe it was Psy...I know it was one of them...so to say they had a full plate is putting mildly...cause they were also promoting a comeback at the time, "DejaVu." But honestly you need to see the live shows of all of them... I believe you can do it without being copyrighted by hiding their logo on the screen and turning it around. I've seen some reactor do that and they don't get hit...while others don't hide it and do get it taken down...its up to you...but it's so worth watching all their preformances from Immortal Songs. I'm pretty sure the first performance was in their first year. With the lighting, it can be hard to recognize who's who, so I want to point out that Jongho is dancing center at 2:39. If you keep your eyes on him for a while, you'll see that he can dance. Also, Mingi was killing it at 3:31. I'm so happy you're reacting to more ATEEZ content, especially lives. It's easy to tell that they are good by watching their MVs and dance practices, but it fails to convey how incredible they are live. If you haven't seen Win live in Seoul, I highly recommend it along with their Kingdom performances 🤯.
