As a publisher, youtuber and a course creator Barry is a 100% "selfless" person. I can say that with confidence. He always put the customer/ viewer first before the product or content. I've been following him for almost 1 year now. He has replied and answered to all my important questions as a true mentor. (which 99% of youtubers in this niche don't do, since they are marketers and sales men with silly strategies) I really appreciate the depth and the information included in your videos. This channel should get more reach in youtube. So I suggest others to give a like and leave a comment simple as "thank you" for every video to boost up this channel. Thank you very much for your service barry :) Hope to see more valuable content :)
Haha I appreciate that and it means a lot to me that you have been watching me for over a year. I hope I was able to help you make more money with KDP :)
There are so many low effort books on Amazon these days. I was going through some old physical books I have stored away from before AI and KDP were a thing and they are so good. If they were released today, properly keyword targeted and had the right starting campaign they'd be number 1 in their topics/keywords for sure. Something to take away from that.
Good day, Barry. Not sure where to ask this but since this is your most recent video I’ll leave it here. Do you think Amazon Kdp is a good place to publish illustrated children’s storybooks? Do you have any experience with those books? Thank you! You have a been a great resource and person!
Hi Barry, I’m a cookbook ghostwriter with seven years of experience. Recently, I’ve noticed a significant decline in projects, and I primarily find work on freelancing websites. I’m now thinking about publishing a cookbook on Amazon KDP. Can you tell me if there’s potential for selling cookbooks in 2025?
The idea of making a good product to make money is an obvious one when you are targeting to build long term success and brand building. I am trying to build a brand for myself as well. It's a great video to let people know what is expected to make money ethically and logically.
Following this channel and experimenting on my own kdp business I have built an understanding that high content books and brand building both are highly valuable from the business perspective. Currently I am looking to move from medium content to high content in an iterative fashion. I would love to join your program once I have built enough confidence and net profits. Currently I am making losses so cannot afford it. Thanks for providing valuable insights.
I'm not trying to be salesy or anything, but if you have consistently been making losses, you are obviously the person the program was created for :) I mean if you were profitable then you might not even consider the program since you're doing good on your own. But I think you're right when it comes to high content books. They are better books to focus on especially in your position, looking to build long term success. Appreciate your comment and glad you're finding the videos valuable :)
@@barrygeorgioukdp It can sound salesy but I don't care about that. I believe in doing things by myself and test it myself if it is worthy enough. Currently I am making a book in high content classification based on my margins (~$6). I have definitely included my unique USP as I have learnt from you. I have also gone through a couple of design courses to understand various design principles and currently getting a cover made by a professional cover designer. As I mentioned, I am trying incrementally testing if the high content niche is worthy enough and if it even starts breaking even. I would definitely join the program because at that point I would be quite sure based on my own experiences. I hope I don't sound too selfish. But I am sure this will help everyone to build genuine trust.
Can I know from where I can get all of your methods to get successful in kdp?? Once in a comment you said that skool is not for it and join for waitlist if we want to join to get successful in kdp if it is can I know why there is a community in skool?? Please clarify me I want a journey with u🤝🏻🤝🏻💯
Hey Barry, what is your opinion on a romance book and how to market it well? I have a problem with that part. The book is high quality (Cover and A+ content made by a designer) and I still have problems to have sells.
Unfortunately, I don't work with the romance niche which means I haven't done enough testing to give my opinion. However, reading the amazon ads data correctly can give you guidance on what needs adjusting :)
@@barrygeorgioukdp Thanks for reply, do you know where I can get this service? I’m looking to start my kdp business in 2025 with an $8k budget as a full business getting everything set up and this is the last halt for me as I do not know anything about ads

I wouldn't build two accounts out of fear of getting banned. If you follow the rules and produce quality books and grow your book within amazons terms and rules, you're good :)

Thats a horrible idea, just do it all in one account.
Why not create two different pen names instead of two accounts.
