I broke the news when I pulled him out of Iceland. He didn't take it well. Nobody would, losing their own flesh and blood. And he'd never be the same again. They say if it doesn't kill you, it makes you stronger. Well, Sam didn't die. He had nothing to lose anymore, so he took the most dangerous mission of his career. That's how he ended up in Ellsworth Penitentiary. He was treated the same as anybody else; no better, no worse. It was no Midnight Run for damn sure. He didn't need much help to look like hell, not since Sarah, his daughter, was killed. You hate to see a good man fall so far. Me, I hoped this mission would let him pull himself back together. We needed him. Prison. A hell of a place to save a man's life.
And then Sam knew everything, knew that the best friend he'd murdered had betrayed him for the best reason in the world. Knew that the thing he'd helped Lambert build had to be destroyed. He was his own man now, and all his ties to his old life were gone. Lambert did save Sam...in the end.
Maybe it's just because this was my first Splinter Cell, but this is by far my favorite game in the series. The story was amazing, the graphics were top notch at the time, and it had a co-op campaign and multiplayer!
Man i can imagine this being the theme of a Netflix series. The first 5 minutes of an episode then the generic plot twist bombshell and roll credits 0:00
I realized i only have 5 days left with a good friend of mine until she graduates high school. I didn't take it well. Nobody would- Being depressed without any good friends like her. And Id never be the same again... (I'm both sad and proud of her and hope she has a good future. I just wanted to say what i felt but also make it sound like Lambert's words.)
always loved the part after the first mission, when sam gets extracted from iceland and throws his goggles into the ocean... this music is in the backround big like!!!
this gives the feelings sam went through this time. His daughter was supposedly dead,so that made the beginning of the song, and the middle is his feelings on the decisions he was making, and how his life would never be the same after this. and the ending of the middle is his anger at himself because of lamberts death. and the final beat was his ties to his old life at Third echelon, ended
Xbox version of double agent was great and made by ubisoft montreal same ppl as assassins creed. But the 360 version was made by the shitty chinese; ubisoft shanghai
The last and at its best most promising Splinter Cell game ever made. 1-4 are the best ones in my opinion. Never could get into 5 and 6 really. But still kind of enjoy them. We have good news that a Splinter Cell 7 will be happening they accident put it on Amazon saying Splinter Cell 2018. I'm guessing maybe they will announce it at E3 sometime in June this year.
@@tuanhieutran9870 You right, well maybe Amazon Prime can makes a serie about splinter cell, I mean, they have Tom Clancy's Jack Ryan, why not Sam Fisher can have a serie? \( ͠° ͟ʖ °)/
@TechnoManiac2 I played this as my girlfriend broke up with me.... Now I feel heartless, relentless and professional. Just the way I used to be. This song reminds me to stay strong, and to never let another person get that close to me again.

Prison...
I think he says 'save' instead of 'change', but that was cool anyway, LOL.
Messi Begh And he came back even more badass and determined! look at him on conviction and blacklist, it's just some awesome character development!

ussocomfreak its definitely the most underrated, the first 4 games are all amazing.
It's good but doesn't compare to the the first three imo
Coconut Head Nope, The ps2/xbox version is better than the first two games and equally good as CT in my opinion
Really? You need to play chaos theory seriously
@@dark_agent_4752 I completely agree. The definitive Splinter Cell experience is CT and DA (PS2/Xbox) imo
This theme is a hidden gem.

the music you here before the game suddenly turns into a Shawshank Redemption/Splinter Cell hybrid
I think Sam had it easier than Andy, though. At least Sam didn't have to crawl through a tunnel of shit. :P
splinter cell is by far my favorite video game series and this song discribes the entrie seires for me

Best Splinter Cell game of the series, you can feel the importance of being unseen and act in shadow as a double agent !
i really hate it how 75% of people who play convitcon have never played or dislike this game it makes me sick
I'm a hardcore fan, but some missions in Double Agent are HARD AS FUCK xD I hate the Kinshasa and Okhotsk lmao
Великолепный саундтрек.

@DylnamicMusicInc you gotta hear the Mass Effect 2 Kasumi's Stolen Memory: Party Music song composed by those two. Very soothing.

Not the best of all Splinter Cells, but by far, the best soundtracks.

@NightpredatorX Complete conviction and you will see the story of his doughter. The trugh about her death.
They really should make this available for purchase.
how sad tat sam's daughter during this theme song was playing.
Third echelon should`ve kept an eye on Sam's family and protected them
