Per my knowledge what they mean by mismanagement causing the recent power crisis is that the government owes the power producing plants over 3 billion dollars. Over 50 percent of Ghana's electricity comes from thermal plants. Those power plants need to putchase gas to power those plants. Due to the debt owed most of them have reduced their production to stay in business causing shortfalls in the national grid. The chances of the energy sector debt being cleared soon enough is unfortunately low due to the IMF program we are currently on. In terms of installed power generating capacity Ghana actually has far more than it needs. Almost twice as much as it needs. It's unfortunate our leaders are poor at management.

Woman, you could have removed the fish from the pan, cut it in 2 then fry it. Also, you don't know that you do not move fish around until it is fried for a few minutes, otherwise the skin would start to come off and it will stick to the pan? Just remove it instantly and cut it in half. Everybody except you could see that it was too big.

Roti. Just a heads up. Stop with the salt asap. Give yourself a detox or something. No salt, sugar, alcohol etc. i loved salt so much i was having excruciating headaches, my body would swell up like my face, hands, and feet. Even a dash of salt triggered everything because i would eat huge amounts of it to the point a tiny bit still did damage.

The Ghana government is supposed to increase electricity tariff to be able to supply electricity regularly but the labour union said no and if the government dare and increase tariff to be able to produce regular electricity the whole nation will come to a standstill, workers will go on strike. So it's labour unions who are causing Dumsor in Ghana now

Cote d'Ivoire gets power outages too. South Africa has worse power outages than Ghana. It's Kenya I know has good power supply. Even with Kenya they had some power outages last month even affecting their main international airport. But in general Kenya has stable power. Ghana entered a power crisis starting this January because power plants are owed billions of dollars so they've reduced their power production causing shortages in the national grid. In actual fact the generation capacity of Ghana is far greater than what the country needs but there are shortfalls in production due to huge energy debts.

If your health is fine and your doctor isn’t telling you you need to cut back on the salt, then you’re fine. You worry yourself crazy for no reason. No matter how healthy you are, you’re still going to die. We’re all gona die one day. Be happy when it’s your time 🤷🏾‍♀️. There is no perfect diet. Too much of anything is bad for you. Just learn to eat and drink in moderation, and keep moving your body at least 15-13 mins a day. And Rochelle, you are going to gain weight as you get older. That’s just what comes with aging. You talk about yourself as if you weigh 459 pounds. Shut up and enjoy life and stop obsessing unnecessarily. It’s annoying when you get like that. I’m saying all this with love. Hell, somebody needs to say it
