@j0l1ed1v15 I just turned 41 this year, I've been a smoker since I was 19, and yet I still look like I'm in my 20s. Same goes for my family; almost every single member of my immediate family smokes, and they all look between 10-20 years younger than they actually are.. So smoking isn't necessarily *the* cause of premature aging. On the other hand, every single friend of mine who has/had children has gotten fat, completely let themselves go and constantly looks like they have one foot in the grave. Lol That's just naturally what happens to people when they're present, involved parents and thus no longer have time to take care of themselves, sleep or eat properly (not to mention, the natural stress and anxiety that comes from being totally responsible for another human life will age you very quickly).
