We’ll have to try that cereal Matthew , Eden really likes the crunchy nut version of those. She calls them “pillows”
We like you had the best summer we’ve probably ever had, very few meltdowns or refusals (not zero there were a few occasions where it could have been better!).
I’ve always done the same in relation to bright clothes . Easier to see her when she’s playing in the park and she stands out to people if she does go missing and I can’t find her for them to help look (luckily that’s only happened once where she completely vanished at a soft play!). She’s got a lot better though in fairness this year with not leaving the area she is suppose to be in and remembering to come back and check in which she never use to do. Again not perfect there was a couple times over summer where she wandered off but luckily I saw her go so I don’t have a panic when I couldn’t find her.

The eloping is a serious concern isn’t it with kids but especially if they can’t communicate if someone asked them where mummy or daddy is? I’m terrified of that happening. We went the whole summer without a broken tablet and yesterday George broke his new one when he had a meltdown asking for me when I was at work, he’s done so well as it was nearly a 4-5 week thing of one getting broken. So glad to hear you’ve had a good summer. I’m hoping with us learning more and them along with general development we can limit meltdown’s more and the challenging behaviour. School is not only good for us parents but they sure need that routine as without it trying to find enough to keep them busy and less destructive is a major challenge. Thanks for your comments and sharing your experiences with us and all the subscribers x

Summer was great thanks we had some up and downs. Think for us routine was key we always had a chill morning and went out on afternoon.
We just got back from Butlins Skegness so they went back for a week had a good week then holiday. Lots of videos on that coming up next few weeks. Love shopping haul! Amy I hope you feel better soon.
Adam I like idea for meltdown play list that be useful for patents.
    Good to catch up

@@AutismTwinsUs don't rush me or pressure. Don't rationalize it's an anxiety attack because we know whatever affects us most with autism we can't do no matter how much we try. My motor skills suck constantly dropping things and me fixing something I know how but can't do it so I get frustrated and scream what I am doing and biting my finger.

@@AutismTwinsUs that is my goal is to help a child to be successful and happy life. George and Matthew are awesome kids and I am sure will be amazing fun adults. Matthew is so smart he is going to make a difference in the world. George is so adventurous others hopefully will appreciate it and join him. I know they're young but I would enjoy hiking with George he seems like a ton of fun. That confidence that both boys hear that they are awesome as themselves being themselves will help with the meltdowns due to anxiety.

@@AutismTwinsUs if they struggle with transitions give more time to do things. They might need it to process the information and recover before the next thing expected from them.

It's so hard when they go back as it's a whole new routine again. India has had 2 meltdowns in school in the first week and one being on her first day. I've had multiple phone calls from school and she's had pain medication administered as her Tourettes physical tics have gotten so bad from the routine change stress. It's been a hella week 🙃 I ADORE all of those clothes from H&M! Amy you have gorgeous taste ❤

    Oh my God!
Is your milk packaging very big, like in America 😅
With us, the milk pack is from 200ml to 1 liter in size.
In England, is everything calculated in centimetres, kilometres...? Or like in America?
Because I find England very interesting and also a lot with older houses and unbound.
If I earn better money next year then I would like to do a day flight in England.
Because from Germany to London 50 minutes and from Germany to Plymouth only 1 hour.
I think flying to England next year would work if no further problems arise😅

    • @AutismTwinsUs
      @AutismTwinsUs  2 года назад

I don't think our milk is as big as in USA, ours are measured in pints, 4 or 6 pints of milk = 2200mls or 3400mls. I think Americans use gallons haha

      @@AutismTwinsUs Yes correct 😅
The American food or drinks are very bad because there are three dangerous additives in cheap products.
The water doesn't taste good either
