If she didn't understand a doctors job she shouldn't have married him in the first place. Also two months is NOT such a long time. There are couples and even families who live apart for years because of their jobs. She also should understand that being a doctor is NOT only a job , it's a VACATION. If she cannot understand that simple truth she is not the woman for him. Her cheating on him shows that she doesn't love him as much as she claims.

it's just gonna happen again plenty of pro bono work for people who can't afford medical care in America. he didn't have to leave the country to help people in need. He chose to leave his girl alone; when he could have literally done the same work and come home every night and went even when she asked him not to. He'll make the same mistake and end up in the same predicament again
