hello I just became a scentsy consultant about a week ago almost two weeks … I really like your video you are straight forward to the point. I like that that's what we all need. my sponsor is good about helping me when I go for questions. but she really doesn't talk to me unless I ask a question. I don't know I guess that is what she suppose to do . but I guess I expected her to talk to me the way you are in this video. I am new to scentsy like very new. I wish she would have told me this that you are telling all of us now. thank you so much.... if and when I am able to start my own team I am going to pep talk them and be straight forward just like you you are great !!!!!
I have been struggling with job change lately because it requires relocation. When you said “out dream yourself” I got chills and started bawling like a baby. Thank you Allison
Thank You so much for your hard work and the time to make this video. I have been a consultant for 3yrs now and honestly this year I've been on it! I have a one year old and currently pregnant 32 weeks! I just graduated with my bachelors this May and well life circumstances I cannot work at the moment. My kids need me! I am trying my best to commit to this business. I appreciate all the tips! I am motivated to continue and not quit like you said!. Also, wow former school teacher! Look at you! AMazing!.. I actually went to school for that myself but cannot complete my credentials at the moment. Like I said, my kids need me and well I do believe Scentsy is a serious business and well the flexibility of having my own business is amazing to have as a Mom.
your right !!! like I was getting interests on scentsy but no purchases so far. so I moved on to another city. my town wasn't working so I moved on to another town. change is the key you are absolutely correct... we need to put effort. bust our rumps to get where we want to be,....

Thanks for all the information. I had been told I needed to friend all of my customers on my personal Facebook/Instagram/ all the other pages, and I was thanking that's not how business do it so I had made pages for work. I was thanking of having a separate cell phone line as well that way my customers can get in touch with me but EVERYONE will not have my personal number.

resistance. yes indeed I am going through it. but its ok it just makes me want to work harder. I believe I expected my business to blow up right away. I figured okay im in a small town no one does scentsy in my town so business will boom rapidly. boy oh boy I was wrong. but that's ok this is just a stepping stone for me to push my self and work harder. I completely understand what your saying and you are absolutely correct.
no way !!! you are not being mean, you are telling us what our sponsor should tell us before we even start before we even purchase the kit. my husband is already turning my half of our room into my office and storage area. ha ha ha we live in a small home. but hey it works. and its organized.
I think about becoming a consultant but then I decide not to. Hosting the parties is already very stressful & aggravating, especially when people just join the party just for games & prizes and nothing else. And have to be on social media all the time and promote 24/7. Imagine how much more stress I'll have if I become a consultant. Lol I just don't have the patience or the drive for Sales. :(
