Great product we have one for each of our trucks. One is 5.5' bed and the other is in a 6.5' bed. The only negative is the limited access to the back of the drawer due to the short extension of the drawers when open. Good product. You need to tone down the dumb comments in the instruction manual and instead revisit the hardware instructions and hardware parts listing for more clarity. If you are installing it into an 2015 F150 save yourself a headache and open (bend) the j-hooks to a more open bend. You cannot hook them to the tie downs and push them through the openings in the ammo cans without opening the hook more. Overall a good product that I would purchase again.
@@Decked On occasion, there have been times when I didn’t have my trailer and I have had to put a pallet of doors in the bed. Not heavy, but the 80 inches made it a slow haul. I would post a picture if I could.

I was sold until I realized I'm paying the exact same amount for these drawers as a full size truck when I have a Tacoma, which comes with a much smaller system. This makes no sense at all, well it does...pocketing money reasons
Hey there! The Core Trax are our solution to tie things down once the system is installed. Any tie-down within the first 12" of the bed off of the floor will be covered up and utilized by the system. Some newer trucks have tie-dons closer to the bed rails though and these can still be utilized. Each load lock on our Core Trax have a pull out rating of 500lbs. The Core Trax are installed into the steel subframe of the system (which can be identified by the divots on the DECKED panels). Technically anything can be installed in these divots but we recommend our Core Trax as they are specifically designed to fit snugly with the panels. You do have to be super mindful when drilling these in though to not go through the steel subframe. This will cause water to leak into your drawers. Let us know if you have any other questions. 👊

And can any sort of weather-stripping be added to ammo can lids to make them water-resistant? Are the drawers already drilled for locks or would I have to do the drilling myself to install locks?
Hey there. DECKED makes two different systems. The full size system has four ammo cans, one in each corner and the mid-sized system has two ammo cans against the tailgate. The ammo cans are not waterproof so we suggest drilling holes in the bottom to allow them to drain and only storing straps and other things that can get wet. The drawers are already drilled for the locks which can be purchased separately. Hope this helps!

@@Decked I appreciate the offer, but I don't think I can warranty it. I'm not the original purchaser. It was a couple of months old when I got it. I guess I'll try to plasti weld the hole and see what I can get out of it. It seemed like a good idea to be able to haul more appliances in my truck due to the greater load width, but it's just not really working out for me. The appliances are fairly heavy and loading them a foot higher than normal is kind of taxing my back and I lost 2 to and damaged the deck from a tool inside it. I'm just going to go back to a regular flatbed. This would be a great system for a tailgater or hunter. It just not as good for my needs as I originally thought. I own a Ram Promaster City SLT tradesmen Why do you not make a Drawer system for my small cargo van ? I know it maybe a small number sold, but the same drawer system would work in a Ford Transit Connect,Nissan NV200 and the small Mercedes-Benz Matric. With all the above vehicle are sold in Europe, Asia, South and Central America WV Caddy, PSA Group( which is four more Mini Vans) Toyota, Kia, Hyundai, Honda and China has a group of Mini Cargo Vans. All the Vans that I have named above could and would use the same base unit with small top adjustment in design. All the Mini Cargo Vans are used as service vehicle and having your drawer system is a great place for storing parts and tools which make no need for shelf in the van make more area for equipment for all trades. World wide think of the customer who would use and need your product. So get to work as your customer base just got twice the size (plus) Thank-you John Grant

*Closes tailgate* "So someone wont notice the bed system if theyre walking by in a parking lot" Giant sticker of the drawer system on the tailgate: Am i a joke to you?
Decked is crap. Poorly designed, waste of space. Do not buy it. 71" drawers extend less than 42", leaving a 30" abyss of wasted drawer space. Not waterproof. Oh, it is not flat, either. So you cant stack anything on it. Giant disappointment. Not worth it if it were free.
@william cooper gosh man, that's a lot of anger. We are pretty honest about everyting. We say it's NOT waterproof. It's weatherproof. When we say the drawers do not extend 100%. Physics took care of that because we don't use drawer slides which bind and bend and fail. We use wheels so when you open up a drawer on a 5'6" bed system it extends 42" leaving 13" of drawer inside. On a 6'6" system that leaves 24" inside. It might not be your cup of tea, but a lot of people like it. 7,000 verified, un-edited reviews with a 4.8 out of 5 star rating. If you don't like your DECKED system, why don't you call us and we can see what we can do to make you happy,.
I’m waiting for the “Double Decker Decked”! I’m an electrician and use the drawers for power-tools and accessories like hole saws, drill bits, sawzall blades and wire nuts, and other electrical fittings, etc. If there was a second set (layer) that had 3 drawers (side-by-side) that brought the full height of the system up to the deb sidewall height I could carry a lot more material (wire, boxes, etc). I use a topper so anything I carry on top of the system isn’t going to fall out. I usually carry a couple of ladders on top of my decked in the topper.
Never say never but a Double Decker DECKED Drawer System isn't on the immediate engineering list. However, we have seen it done before but cannot advise on the fitment and or how to secure it. 👍
I’ve recently purchased and installed a Decked storage system after watching many reviews. None of them mentioned any problems with the ammo box lids, but there seems to be a design flaw with them. Mine only have tabs on two of the four sides and blow off when going thru the car wash. Anybody else had this problem?
Hey Troy! Sorry to hear you are having troubles with your Ammo Can lids coming off. Please reach out to orders@decked.com and our team will be happy to get you a set of replacements that will hopefully solve that issue. Let us know if you have any questions.
I’m curious if you guys might be able to install the drain plug closer to the tailgate so you could pull the drawer out and drain it to the ground instead of underneath in the bed? Thanks...
Hey again! We have seen it done both ways and it definitely makes sense to install at the tailgate side. The one thing to be cautionary of though is the drain plug can rub on the tailgate as the drawer slides depending on the clearance. Hope that helps and Happy New Years!
@@Decked Right on Thanks for the quick response, that makes sense. Thanks for the tip! Happy holidays and New year's to you as well. Appreciate you guys making such a fantastic product. I do hope in the future you'll make an insert for the super duty 8 ft long bed? Or a new system with longer drawers? Thanks again and take care...
So if I install the decked drawer system like I want, will I still be able to use my 100 gallon auxiliary fuel tank which weighs 700 pounds give or take when it’s full?
Yup! 2k payload on top of the Deck! We'd recommend throwing down a sheet of ply to disperse the weight. But you shouldn't have any issues running this setup!

I am a contractor/hunter. Do you have or can you make one drawer as a cooler? It would be nice to have a drawer I can switch with cooler drawer while I am on hunting trip.
Folks do fill their Drawers with ice. We offer drain plugs for this reason. However it's not insulated, so it will not work as well as an actual cooler!
I bought one off of a guy used. Big mistake. Should have bought new. Having said that, I love it... but the older ones do not have the improvements of the newer ones such as the detent for the wheels, and the locks for holding the dividers so they don't pop up. In fact, the older dividers are not even available any more, so I am stuck and cannot buy any dividers now. Again, I sure wished that I was not being so dad gummed cheap and bought a brand new one... they are well worth the money. Super well made and improved over time. These truly pay attention to how these things are used, and what they can design into to it to accommodate all use cases.
I wish there was a section cut put for our refrigerator such as arb type. Putting it on top makes it where a tonneau cover is useless or you have to use a rack that's higher which puts tents higher and not good for offloading.. I've seen several friends not fit under trees in tight trails and the move back and forth more . This product needs so.e adjustments
Since the system uses your truck tie downs they are virtually useless to tie down other material like a couple sheets of plywood...would I have to buy the extra tie down rails?
Hey there! You can use the Drawer System for whatever needs you have. While hunters like its organizational features, there are many other trades that use the system.

Hey Dennis. We do not ship internationally at this time but we do have some dealers located throughout the world. You can see if there is one near you using our dealer locator: decked.com/pages/international
@@Decked I checked your page but Belgium isn't in the list, sadly...
So get to work as your customer base just got twice the size (plus)
Thank-you John Grant
I wanna know if plumbers have one of these??? Any body???!!
Stuttgart Arkansas has a plastic factory
They have a lot of plastic that doesn’t meet their standards they box up and sale to china , it’s called Delta plastic would rather someone in us get deal on plastic waste than china
I really want this to be water proof.
Maybe down the road you’ll have a gortex liner for the drawers *wink wink*
The drawers are waterproof
*Closes tailgate*
"So someone wont notice the bed system if theyre walking by in a parking lot"
Giant sticker of the drawer system on the tailgate: Am i a joke to you?
Are these very year specific I'm wondering if a system that came out of a 2022 Ford will fit in a 2010 Ford same truck
Each System is cut to the specific bed style. 2010 and 2022 Fords have changed a bit. So no, they're not interchangeable in this case unfortunately.
@@Decked ok thank u
Not waterproof, I'm out. Very cool, though.
Our Systems are weatherproof, and pretty dang close to waterproof. You'll have no issues going through a carwash or in a rain storm
Sales and Marketing really needs to stop calling everything a SYSTEM.
Please make a full length Decked system for 8 foot beds, I’ve got a super duty that I would love to have your product in! Thank you...
When I was on their website it said they use the 6.5' unit for 8' beds. Bummer.
Great idea
It is called a Van...
The older I get, the easier I find it to load my drawers.
Seems like a good guy. I’m considering one for my next truck
This guy is a genius. He tells the truth!!! Dont let your competition know, oh, nevermind, they'd never do that! Im buying this product!
I keep my box immaculate, if not, it gets to be a hell of a mess. I guess that goes with most boxes. Especially the one at home.
Way Way to Expensive for me by the time you add full kit it's a $1,000 not right now
Put under floor boards of semi .. ?
Dolly cart food delivery?
I’ve recently purchased and installed a Decked storage system after watching many reviews. None of them mentioned any problems with the ammo box lids, but there seems to be a design flaw with them. Mine only have tabs on two of the four sides and blow off when going thru the car wash. Anybody else had this problem?
Hey Troy! Sorry to hear you are having troubles with your Ammo Can lids coming off. Please reach out to orders@decked.com and our team will be happy to get you a set of replacements that will hopefully solve that issue. Let us know if you have any questions.
They call it ammo cans but it’s not water proof , against corrosion to bullets .
@@fathertime209 never say never but not our next project...
But you shouldn't have any issues running this setup!
bought the tool box and draw system. went put secrews in middle and punched a hole in the lefrt deck u make this shit look easy.i been fucking with it all day and now have finnish tomorrow with a fucked up left deck
Sorry to hear Stephen! Did you hit up our warranty dept? Warranty@DECKED.com. We'll help you out!
Does the cargo slide work with the multi function tailgate on a gmc? Would be great if it opened just about that part folded down.
Yep! They do!
I have a 2005 Tundra double cab, your website doesn't list anything for my truck. How can I get 1?
Unfortunately we don't make a system for the Tundra older than 2007.
Can you store gardening tools in these, because I'm not into murdering animals myself.
Hey there! You can use the Drawer System for whatever needs you have. While hunters like its organizational features, there are many other trades that use the system.
Why wouldn’t they make built in sides to go over existing truck bed sides . Than the bed of truck would still be useful .
I'm assuming you can tie down your dirtbikes? Only quads?
You can tie down dirt bikes and quads with our core trax.
You said it won't fit with a bed liner. What about a sprayed in liner?
Spray in liner isn't an issue! The Drawer System will fit!
You can pick things up? AND put them back??! Shazam!
🤣🤣
Just ordered one for my ram!
👍
