Two channels that may provide some insight/knowledge of what you are doing -
    - BoatworksToday, specifically the "Bertram Moppie 25 Restoration" playlist. Andy is a professional boat repairer/restorer who specializes in fiberglass work.
    - Shots Life, specifically the "$10 Boat Series" playlist where he, an Air Force retiree, is restoring a Grady White.
Both channels have had their experiences with transom repair/rebuild.

I'm pretty knowledgeable and have experience with glass. It's determining the best way to fix poor work and be as least invasive as possible. The latter is just not an option on this one.
      Check my runabout restoration series.

I was this close to buying a Pursuit. Glad I didn’t now. Looks like they cut a bunch of corners.

      That is an understatement.

I used to work at the Pursuit Plant, and I would never buy one. They still use plywood bulkheads in the $1M+, 40’+ boats. Pursuit is plagued with bad leadership unfortunately.

@@phillpd96yup, everything you can't really see is done poor and CHEAP. Thats the stuff that needs to be solid since you can't access it to service or repair easily.
