When I restart apache as told in the video at 28:36 and refresh the page nothing happens. It shows an error:php_extension gd
must be installed and enabled
The GD extension is now required by Moodle for image conversion.
Check. 0 star. I wasted 2hrs here

you have to downgrade your xampp by uninstalling it and installing the 7.3 version and it will work

I am download and installing Moodle V 3. 11.4
I have followed all the steps up to step 3 (configuration and install of moodle through web installer) ( part a = database creation) and I stuck at that stage
