Cool video. If I can suggest a future video: A history on how your company started. It’s (to me anyway) interesting on the reasons why people get into commercial beekeeping.
Honey crystallizes naturally. Since we sit on inventory to use throughout the year, even if we didn’t store it cold, we’d still have to heat to get liquid again.
Well… our “wood shop” is outside. All of our tools are portable. We’ve found it’s just easier/cleaner that way. We do have covered breezeways for this.
Be careful with your food handling/food safety procedures. I know honey has natural anti-microbial properties, but foreign matter always a concern. Especially with a video like this, you could get in trouble with Local/state/fed food safety agencies.

Outdoor storage, how do you keep wax moths away?
We only keep supers outside to let them be robbed, then we fumigate in a container, and maintain them in a cold storage warehouse.

I have a question. I heard in ywhy is it necessary to heat your honey 🍯??

Right now, anywhere it's available in the houston area haha.

A mixture of MDO and HDO
