Would love to see you do a followup video on this display case now that the price has increased to $299 - for the exact case you are reviewing…… cost per minifigure is now $1.56 per figure - up from the $1.14 referenced in this video…… such a ridiculous price increase. I just find it so annoying that this company sends these cases out to a bunch of influencers and they advertise it for them and then they turn around and increase the price dramatically. Would love to see a followup video discussing the increased price and how this case may no longer be a good purchase because the price has increased so dramatically.
Agreed. The value of the case at $219 was good and any "influencer" discount code of 10% helped with the shipping some. At the current price of $299 they just priced themselves out of the market. This is not worth $299 at all.

I work in sales professionally (Avionics) and a 36% increase is just greed. Nothing else. Over the years I have seen many product lines do this and price themselves right out of the market. That is what will happen here. Shame because it looked to be a solid product that I was looking forward to having in my office for display.@@Goose-Agate

I got two of these around the time you put this video out Alex. For some reason my comments were not getting through on this video. Anyway, I was disappointed. The shelves are very flimsy and there isn't as much room as I had hoped. Also, they are a dust magnet. Putting them together and on the wall without studs is an absolute pain as well. I like their other products but the minifig display cases are not that great.
I have seen a bit of their displays on my Facebook, and that's what has gotten me thinking of getting one for the Harry Potter hogwarts moments minifigs I have.

I just got mine today, very nice case I love the clear open look with the black back. Easy to put together but the sides are pretty flexible at least until you snap the front on, but overall it's solid and heavy. It doesn't really fit my old green dragon, but your dinos look huge and fit well.
So the front is magnetic? Is it sturdy for a high traffic area? How does it seal up? Right now I have doors similar to your other display and they close tight and have a secure magnetic closure so they stay shut.
I've been wanting a way to display my cmf's and marvel/starwars characters, but I would need 5 shelves. I just dont think I can splurge 1000 dollars on shelves at the moment.
Yeah, that would be expensive. You could always reach out to them and ask if it is possible to do some sort of custom display. I believe they do this, but again the cost might be up there.
Hay yeah Alix .....I got 10 of thos desplay case and need 4. more. Mine have all the. CMF Serie. Mini fig s in them ....and one desplay case has all the Ninjago Lego magazine mini figs ..and all the avatar set s mini figs .😊.
Great review video. We have been considering this brand, but I wanted to know, being new to minifigure collecting, what do you do to display the minifigure accessories? Like the Reindeer's gift box, Elf's snow globe, Welder's gas tank, Potter's wheel, Pinata Boy's pinata, to name a few. Whenever I see these cases displayed, they never seem to include these extra pieces. Your thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
I think if I wanted to display these items that you have described, it may be worth reaching out to them and asking about a custom display. They do offer this, but my guess is there will be a fee.

Saw they raised their prices since your video. Disappointing when companies do this even after "inflation" has already kicked in. Great video but price increase will keep me out of the product.
They sure did. I asked them about this when viewers first mentioned it. They cited increased costs to labor and material. You know, the usual. It was already pretty expensive. This increase really created a turn off for a lot of people.

Plate for the mini fig s 😊👍👍 easie .k mart in australia sale them .and now have half size one s to the one s i yousing. And got a 3 rd new one with is a lego stud plate in back of a box frame .with door.and the mini fig conect .to the stud plate .😊..

Value has now dropped off quite a bit. An added $80 on this model is a lot! It's disappointing to say the least.

Is it easy to open the front to take out a minifig for play?
Yes, the front pops off relatively easily. It can be a little tricky getting it back on though.

It is magnetic, but very sturdy. The panel fits in grooves at all corners and both sides. No concern with it falling out at all.

These are nice for sure. Sadly if I wanted to display most of my figs I would need at least 15+ displays 😵

You can get 5-6 displays from smyths for the same price. I have 100 figures in one display from smyths.
