I’ve watched many many cranial nerve exam videos in the last decade or so I’ve been avidly consuming ASMR, and this is one of my favorites from the get go!
This video just prompted the most wonderful nap I've ever had. I didn't even know how tired I was. I clicked it and fell asleep almost instantaneously. It will get heavy usage many nights in the future. Maybe I'll even make it past the first 10 minutes. Goals. Thank you for your sustained output of splendid sleep-inducing content, Siri.

Okay, it's time...(Turns on the video) "Take a deep breath in for 4...Hold for 7...Breath out for 8..." You have a calming voice, it works. But it also works in a calm environment. Yesterday I spent half my working day listening to a short video "ASMR Tingly Christmas Sounds"😄It was amazing. Like a massage for the brain. And when I want to really relax at work, I turn on a video with Veronica ASMR Kidnapping. Every time I see these videos in recommendations (they are always there) a song starts playing in my head "Bad Woman Blues - Beth Hart". Minus one kidney! Do you feel lighter!? I really hope she comes back!

Cranial nerve exams are one of the only ASMR medical exams I will watch (I’m a roleplay kinda gal) because they make me sleepy!
