"Messiah"? "Hell"? That wouldn't fly for a Nintendo localization in the early 90's. I find it weird that Plasm-o, the unobtainable one, is the only General sprite with multiple forms.
If I recall correctly, Purrsilla will use Plasm-o's basic form when you fight her at the Volcano area. You'll see Plasm-o's other form used by the Sushimancers in the Imperial Palance and if Purrsilla is the opponent emerging out of the artificial sushi gate. This is how you can get both forms registered in the catalog.
No, they're not--I listed which ones are unobtainable in the description. For those ones, you simply have to win the battle in the story where that Sushi Sprite appeared.
@@Overhazard I just have one more question to ask you. Do you have any sprites recommendations for extra level 3 at the seashore? Or just advice for extreme healers in general? That level just seems unbeatable to me.
Wani-o is obtainable at Shinre Grove. Eventually, Kodiak will show up there and give you Wani-o. (For the record, if you ever have any further questions, the full list is in the description.)
Pardon me for asking, but..you can actually collect all of them? I've been following a Google Doc and it says quite a few of them are unobtainable. Lemme guess...they linked a lot of these to the already super grindy Ranking system, yeah? :/
The ones whose descriptions have gray backgrounds can't be obtained. Instead, you get the data on them when you encounter them. I also listed which ones are unobtainable in the description.
I got Batten after defeating Cpt. Leppard with an S-Rank. If you want to see the battle yourself, where I got Batten, it's in "Sushi Striker - Part 33 - All You Need Is Lava." The battle begins at 2:26, and I pledge with him at 4:48.
@@Overhazard Thanks for info. I actually managed to snag him shortly after posting, but your videos are the most informative and in-depth Sushi Striker walkthroughs I've seen. It's sad how the game seemingly doesn't have an active wiki with all of the current knowledge of the game. Maybe we can wi-fi battle when I get it unlocked lol.
Heh, I haven't done any wi-fi battling whatsoever. By the time I went through the game, there was nobody left! Thanks for the compliments also. I take it you've been reading the descriptions, considering you referred to my listed location for Batten?
Yep, the description listed a lot of info that wasn't in the video (which is totally fine). I noticed that the sprite menu doesn't list pledge locations, so I figured you might've put them in the description.
I see. That makes a lot of sense, actually. Let me know if you have any other questions about this game. (I also apologize for omitting Boneten's Soul Shot, but I can't revise the description anymore as it's up at the length limit.)
Congrats on filling the whole thing out. One thing is for sure...there are a LOT of people who will probably never get that far!
Rank 7 is not an easy rank to reach, I'll say that.

I find it weird that Plasm-o, the unobtainable one, is the only General sprite with multiple forms.
Though I'm not entirely sure why Plasm-o has multple forms, I must wonder if it relates to how you can get Wani-o and Kama-o but not Plasm-o.
Do you ever see those multiple forms in gameplay? Like if you go after Purrsila first, does she have stage 1 Plasm-o?

It's all 'o'
Plasm-O
Wani-O
Kama-O
It's all O
very honored they named one after me
How to get number 072
Search around in the Seashore area, and you'll find Kazurava.
How the heck do you get tigazo.
You earn him the same way as you would most of the minor Sushi Sprites. The opponent to provide Tigazo is near the beginning of the game.
Do I have to keep fighting the same apponent?? The is one at the beginning of the game with him .
How did you get them all? Are some even obtainable?
No, they're not--I listed which ones are unobtainable in the description. For those ones, you simply have to win the battle in the story where that Sushi Sprite appeared.
Quick question. how party charms did it take for you to get Pyonten?
I honestly don't remember. I did get Pyonten not long after defeating Kodiak though.
@@Overhazard through battle or the charms?
Through the Party Charms. I looked it up; you will receive Pyonten after using your 12th Party Charm.
@@Overhazard Thank you so much!

how did you get wani-o.
I am recently done with the stage of finding Franklin and no sight of wani-o
H ow??
Wani-o is obtainable at Shinre Grove. Eventually, Kodiak will show up there and give you Wani-o. (For the record, if you ever have any further questions, the full list is in the description.)
But in the republic stages or in the actual shrine groove?
He'll appear in Shrine Grove. If I recall correctly, he shows up after you finish the story and after Archie's restaurant reaches a certain size.
I freaking got wani-o after beating up the alter dad in the mini island thank you SO FREAKING MUCH

Batten is listed as Volcano battle. Is there a specific one I need to do to get him, or is it random?

How far do you have to go in the story to get wani-o?
