I also have had issues with KCB. I’ve taken screen shots of what I’m waiting for. But will probably have to tech out to customer service.
Yeah, Kroger owes me over $25 I’ve reached out to customer service three times and still haven’t gotten anything. Part of it was digital coupons that didn’t come off. They keep saying they have to check with a supervisor, supposedly they will email me about it. At this point, I feel that they shouldn’t even offer the deals if they are not willing to honor them.
FYI new updated stores at Dollar General have touch screen and non updated stores have the keyboard's great haul.
Loving DG clearance event we went yesterday to 9 1st one was a 70 percent off so many great deals although I never seen that many of those gray totes in one store the entire back isle was lined with them and the manager on duty said more to be brought out as it sold down
I've been having issues with KCB too. Sometimes CS told me I have to wait for 2 weeks so I have my notes of what they owed me. Extra hassle but I'll do it for groceries lol
I got the crest overage too and I swear my local store is new system
I've been waiting for 2 months on some KCB. I figured it's not gonna happen at this point. The people I talked to at customer service were asking for all my personal banking information.

I went to three Dollar Generals today. Almost nothing. I did get my daughter a pull over sherpa fleece for 2.25! I also got the cozy socks for women for 17 cents. and two pair of socks for 25 cents each. So that was good.

Hi Nick. I have the sfy for the wasa and a MC, but the wording on my MC for wasa says not to be combined with any other coupon OR any other offer. Boo. The sfy coupon doesn’t have that wording so I’m assuming I’m ok to use it with Merryfield 🤷🏼♀️
