You don't need to send it anywhere, you can use your student copy. If the school contact you separately for the official one, ask them for address by then.

Both Bachelors and Masters but you might also be able to apply for phd that way. Normally for PHD, you need to look for and contact research professor first

You can apply but admission is not guaranteed because they will require you to have a language certification.

You will have to look out for them on google. I don't have a list at the moment. If I find any, I will update this comment
Also, lets say im picking same course of study for 4 schools... Can i use one SOP for it or will need to write and upload one by one
You need one SOP per school, if the courses you're applyng to are related, you can use the same sop and edit out the school name properly
