The mascara has fibers in it to extend the lashes. Most of them have that boost effect. Loreal for example it is double sided with a white primer on one end and the fiber mascara on the other. Pretty good actually 👌

It sounds like she was maybe using a microfiber mascara which has little faux lash-like fibers that make your lashes appear longer when they are applied. But it was crusty AF.

Same with black and white mascara before fiber mascara. I remember Judy being confused about this type of mascara as well in an older video. She's probably too young to remember those mascaras and their ads.

The last I remember was a cheap one from a german drug store but it's not for everybody's eyes. If you're eyes are sensitive it could feel horrible like it felt for me for example.
8:40 Ok, I actually found the mascara it's the same brand the eyeliner she used L'BEL. It actually has microfibers in it which explans the extensive falling of what seemed small eyelashes. Now I feel bad for doubting her... yet still no individual brush.

It's a normal technique used in Latin America. Mostly by moms and grandmas, and it works. Obviously you have to have a special spoon just for eyelashes

Actually Judy's skin is not clear here. Shes had to put up with a lot of bacteria so Im glad shes going on holiday and giving her skin a rest.

The mascara had fibers, thats why it looks like it got lashes on it. There are this kind of mascaras to help your lashes look fuller. You don't have to worry

Hopefully all the pieces were just fiber and none of them were crusty lashes from previous customers or the woman herself, since she didn't use a clean applicator.
