On me around 20 sprays which will be on my chest, arms, and neck.10 sprays on armpits too lol Also I spray on my trousers , jeans, and trainers :-) :-) Curly you missed this out :-) For niche let's say Oud satin Mood I'll spray altogether about 20, and Boadicea the Victorious Blue sapphire about 12. My fragrance bottles finish quickly:-) The advice regarding spraying after a shower is absolutely 100% correct. Also I've seen many reviewers spraying on their hands and wrists. Don't they wash their hands after they go-to the bathroom? 🤮 I'm quite sure that if Curly did not spend time in the Middle East she would not have this attitude 100% The real issue is lack of confidence. There are not many spray perfumes on the market today that after 5- 6 hours still project strongly.PEACE

I am a woman with a monster perfume collection. I have always been told to only spray 3 sprays. I NEVER get compliments. After watching your video I sprayed myself like a champion, and my daughter and husband BOTH said I smelled great! Look out world. Here I come smelling fabulous!!!😘

Oh yeaaah me too, just after the video, I was testing this method , I sprayed Zara rich warm addictive like crazy, right after I arrived at the office, a collegue worker came from behind over there running, and saying who's smelling like honey and fragrance that attract girls, I couldn't stop laughing, I said in my mind, that's what I'm talking about....

Thanks for counting the sprays this time. That's very helpful. Although I'm not sure where the alternative/substitute area is, instead of hair, for a guy who has a shaved head. I hope you could please make another tutorial where you pretend that you have no hair, and then show us where else, exactly, you would put those sprays that normally go in your hair.
I tend to do about 12/14 spray just as I leave for work with most Fragrances but with Duro or Black afghno only about 8 I have tried both iso e super and ambroxan both home made as per your video.I some times am not sure which I should use especially with coffee Fragrances like Mancera aoud Cafe or booze Fragrances like Kilian single malt . Love the Merch. Question would you use molecule 04 or 05 the way you use molecule 01 and Ambroxan
Sissy sprayer here! I am BEYOND glad that I found this video. I am fairly new to fragrances. I just started building my collection a little less than a year ago and I’ve always been told that spraying only your pulse points is all you need. And like you said, that’s true for scents with good projection. But I noticed I couldn’t get the poor projection ones to last longer than two hours. I thought something was wrong with my skin. I’m TIRED of nobody smelling me and not smelling myself! I want compliments too damn it! Lol I will definitely be trying this!

But I spray about 12-15 times…three on each arm including the wrists, two across the chest, two on my neck, once or twice on both shoulder blades and then I spray my clothes a few times. I’ve learned to bring decants with me to retouch in the middle of the day if I need to as well. Works like a charm
“Fragrance should be discovered, not announced” is an old adage from the time where most men’s fragrance was aftershave or cologne by the same company. Old Spice, Brut, English Leather, Stetson. Really overpowering alcohol heavy fragrance. Now, fragrances have amazing scents, meant to entice and draw attention. The fragrances of today are definitely meant to be introduced.
I know someone who got a job partly because of wearing a strong fragrance. Out of a dozen of candidates that were interviewed, they remembered him most because he smelled so good. He got the job.

I tried the over spray yesterday with Pegasus. I absolutely love that scent but I never get compliments on it. I did 16 sprays yesterday and someone who was 2 ft from me said “who’s wearing that smell? It smells so good!” I’m no longer sissy spraying anymore!
Bruh i choked myself with 10 spray of pegasus (indoors) haha but on outdoors it's 🔥, apparently now i know i can adjust my spray like that if i choked myself then i can spray a little bit less But the time back then i spray 12 spray w pegasus on a 8ball pool place my friend immediately commented "uhhh that parfume" so definitely projecting like a beast and get attention

I love you!!!😍😍😍😍 I tried to overspray technique today with my club de nuit intense by armaf and boum!!!! Game changer man!!! I used to "sissy" spray 5 like recommended🤦🏻♀️ but with my intese perfume i made it 15 sprays just to check the projection. Man!!! I litterally find people close to me and enjoying the smell( no compliments yet). I can still smell my fragrance for 7 hrs. I am going to increase my spritz game to 20😍 big thanks Michella you're the man💪🏽❤
I have around 70 fragrances, and for some reason, I've always been hesitant to "use too much". After this, I went, "Fuck it" - 10 sprays of TF Costa Azzura, and my confidence went through the roof. FINALLY, I could actually tell that I was projecting. Great video.
I started over spraying after watching your video and realised how much you actually have to spray to have someone even smell you from arm's length (talking about designer fragrances only). 15 times I had to spray! Now I know, that if a perfume has low to moderate projection and longevity 15 - 20 sprays. If it's stronger 8-10 and if it's beast mode 1-5. 😅 Love your content and zero f**k personality. ♥️
Curly you need a new tat that says "Do what makes you happy." That would fit you perfectly! I agree with your 20-30+ spray recommendation. However, I do it differently. I prefer to use cheap 10ml travel atomizers (I have hundreds). This allows me to apply 2 sprays every 30-60 minutes or so all day long! That way I never overwhelm my nose factory and never piss off people. By the end of the day I probably apply somewhere between 30 to 40 sprays. The best part is I never get olfactory fatigue. This method is especially nice if you enjoy the top notes of a fragrance. of course sometimes you let it dry down for a bit to enjoy the middle notes and base notes. Of course with this method I'd recommend spraying clothes only because nobody needs that many sprays on your skin throughout the day. Your skin is your largest organ. Protect it! If you are a heavy sprayer absolutely clothes only!
Oversprayer here and proud of it. I agree if you got a fragrance you love then spray it like you mean it. I always receive tons of compliments. Not that I do it for that reason it's because I love it.
so like you said 16-20 sprays on average for good designers, but how about when layering?? Is okay to double it to total 32-40 sprays altogether So basically since it is 16-20 sprays for each of the 2 fragances we are layering??
I'm a Sissy sprayer. I'm going to try to get better. Only feel comfortable overspraying somewhat when going out where I know others may be wearing fragrance.

I am so grateful that I discovered this video. I was always wondering why I don't get compliments, but now I know. The thing to watch out here is probably right fragrance for right occasion. Some light and soapy fragrance would probably be great for office, but not some heavy oud fragrance. The other thing I noticed...you can easily "overspray" if you spray too close to your skin
Overspeaying is always better. Only realised that after years of underspraying. A lot of perfume enthusiasts suggest 2 sprays or 5 sprays and I do not really understand how 2 sprays can project even for 30 minutes. So, yea, definitely 20 30 sprays. I have not found a single person who would be clogging others by overspeaying . The worst that may happen is that you might clog yourself for a few minutes - that is manageable.
and all this time I have been spraying all my body's heat points from top to bottom and on my clothes (for longer lasting and good bed smelling) I thought I was putting on too much, but you proved me right! I wear all my fragrances with lots of pride and confidence and always get told how "nice" and "heavenly" I smell by ladies young and old from all demographics! Thank you for proving me right again! Damn I wish you were here in the states! ☺♥ Ps...just ordered myself a bottle of Sacred Eau De Parfum (100ml) including the deodorant as per your "curly" suggestion. ☺
I can really recommend watching Roja Doves Videos. He also applies a lot of spray on one spot. Best is your arms, because then you move it around. He does not recommend spraying on your front neck, because the alcohol in the spray let's it age more. This part of the skin is the most exposed part of skin to the Sun, so it ages faster. Keep that in mind.
Earlier i think why these fragrance doesn't last long atleast for 4-6 hrs and got depressed cos no body compliment me but thanks for this cos i ll be spraying more jst like you❤

You're like the female version of DMX in the RUclips fragrance game - no matter how crazy you sound, one can't deny you come off as being 100% authentic.
There's a difference between smelling good and making a stink. Personally i only want to project about 2 feet. And of course TF wants you to spray more. He's selling the product. Same thing applies w too the paste. The message is good here. Smell nice always.
Thanks for this video, Michella. Even though I'm late to the party here, this was extremely eye opening to me. I think especially as men we're brought up to be conservative and stoic, so the idea of overspraying a scent brings up negative connotations. I only just recently got over the idea of spraying my shirt collar, but the idea of spraying my entire shirt as well as my hair is a great one. Definitely going to try this out. I also agree with your comment that common sense has to take hold here. Tone it down for the office and indoor settings, bring it up for the gym, going outdoors and going out. I'm also a wine collector and since aroma is an important part of wine tasting, I'd also tone it down so as not to interfere with people nosing their wine unless it's an outdoor event.

With so many sprays of D&G The One I can't buy these fragrances every week and spent about $100! I think it depends of skin type and fragrance! I do only 3-4 sprays and people always react and say compliments! If you are in public transportation for example than you can "kill" someone with too much applied fragrance because if you like your fragrance very much but someone can hate it! Every fragrance should be tested! D&G The one perfume is my favorite frags! I never spray as I said more than 3-4 sprays and see how girls and womens react on it! It is only mine opinion and anyway thank you for trying us to perform the best way! A girl like you should be on the best magazines top pages !!! You are extremely beautiful and smart lady!!!
This is great! I’ve gotten rid of so many perfumes thinking they were trash because I wasn’t receiving compliments using 4-5 sprays. Will definitely try a method similar to what you’ve recommended!
Salam Alaikum.. You have such a great inspiration and positive energy .. I love fragrances because I am from middle east... But don't forget that it depends also on the temperature outside. If it is extremely hot outside like here 45 degrees Celsius in summers and you are using a spicy sweet fragrance it will kill you instantly. But overall I agree with you that under spraying is bad. You should smell good all the time and don't be shy with it.

Pete…..I used to manage a Team of IT Support Engineers. Guess which one our end users requested to attend a fix?? You got it!! My Engineer named Shaun, who wore the BEST fragrances….and LOADS of it. He would walk in a room….and wow!!….the ladies would say….”mmmm”….or “ahhhhh”. He would leave his gorgeous smell behind when he’d left a room….wonderful. I got my other half some, and I tell you, when we went out, ladies were saying he smelt GORGEOUS and were asking what it was. He’s gone, but there’s still some left in the bottle, which I spray and enjoy. Antaeus has actually been about years, but it does not smell dated in any way….it’s a classic - It’s not cheap, but a lot cheaper (and more sexy, strong and delicious than many of today’s niche men’s fragrances). I’m sick of smelling Aventus and Paco Rabanne One Million, which I can recognise at 100 yards away. It’s £90 in Boots, UK. Get some Pete - and watch the effect it has on ladies…lol. Teddy UK xx

I'm wearing Oud Satin Mood and I layered it with Aaron Terrance Hughes Goddess. The compliments are CRAZY!!! I always overspray. I see people who say they spray certain fragrances once or twice and I'm flabbergasted. Like how?! I wear fragrance oils and I make creams with them, layer, layer, layer.

I believe this. I overspray as well, 2-3 layers per part almost whole body as well. Then I bring an atomizer so that as the time goes by I can just spray 3-5 sprays to maintain the fragrance.

I usually apply 9 sprays, and carry a travel vial with me, but sometimes I forget to spray again and I will start using your method, because I had a friend who went to the Middle East and told me to have everyone bathe in perfumes that one would say is bad, but no, it is not because the perfume is enjoyed and appreciated, and also once I went to a girl's house she was going out to bathe. She sprayed about 10 or 15 times and the whole time that our meeting lasted she was smelling and didn't bother me on the contrary, I enjoyed it more. So thanks Curly ❤

Finally somebody normal 🤣 I always used to think people on the internet were either lying or they got 0 compliments. Honestly I'm used to staying around 15 to 20 spays in general. But with the lighter fragrances I would go over 20 sprays, I actually don't count when I spray things like(Clinique Happy, D&G Light Blue and many other light or "summer" fragrances) Oils do help a ton as well! 💯🙌🏽🔥 YOUR VIDEO IS AWESOME! 💯💯💯
Curly's Mom's spraying is quite effective....as...to spray on movable body parts (like arms, love-handles, hair, neck) radiate more fragrance than any other body part. We just keep these body-parts moving every time and people get wafts of our fragrance, even we get it too and that makes us elated. 😃
FINALLY!!! I have found another over-sprayer. Seriously though, people say that as if it were a bad thing?? I'm 54 years old. I'm a mom and a grandma. I'm still full of SASS and SPUNK!! If I am going to wear perfume, I want to make sure people notice me as soon as I arrive!! I believe in wearing it LOUD AND PROUD!!! :)

This actually reminded me of when we got guests at our house and my dad would call me to great them, you would just smell all of the fragrances flowing in a harmony (more like fighting to see who smells the best😂). I just came to realize that I became a sissy sprayer from living here in Germany, lets bring it back😂 also loved that you know about the middle eastern brands like arabian oud and Abdulsamad alqurashi. I would recommend you try "Rose wood" by Arabian oud. it is very Oudy and sweet at the same time and it is very "potent" if you do you routine, it would probably stay on for at least three days😂, all of my family like it. I would try "Risala" again when I go back but I remember smelling it and it didn't feel really special

I live in Sweden and in some places people are not allowed to smell too strong (because of allergies). Some days ago I was in the bus and an old woman complained by saying "wear less perfume next time!" 😶 Anyway I took it as a good feedback for my projection 😂 By the way, some fragrances are so beast projecting that actually don't need to be oversprayed :) my boyfriend is a sissysprayer (2 sprays) but winning over me because using beast bomb fragrances. And as you said the right amount depends on the context too. Thank you for the useful tips :)!

Yeah, let me quickly spray myself about 50 times with my Dior Sauvage Elixir just to ensure I get that sliver of a chance to be noticed by people today. I'm sure nothing will go wrong. I'm sure it's just the fragrance that's weak, and it's definitely not me who goes nose-blind in the first 5 minutes of wearing it.
Although it is true that clothing holds or retains the scents longer, the problem is many scents stain clothing, even clear scents, so I'm sticking with body sprays, wrists, chest and behind each ear. I suppose the exception would be to spray and walk into it, but that would only work or be practical for perfumes, where the oil percentage is high and longer lasting.
I am not overspay... But I spray frequently with fragrance that I have transfer to small bottle... I think this better and give great longevity whole day.....

Thanks for counting the sprays this time. That's very helpful. Although I'm not sure where the alternative/substitute area is, instead of hair, for a guy who has a shaved head. After watching one of your vids last year, I now do about 14-16 sprays.
I tend to do about 12/14 spray just as I leave for work with most Fragrances but with Duro or Black afghno only about 8 I have tried both iso e super and ambroxan both home made as per your video.I some times am not sure which I should use especially with coffee Fragrances like Mancera aoud Cafe or booze Fragrances like Kilian single malt . Love the Merch. Question would you use molecule 04 or 05 the way you use molecule 01 and Ambroxan
Sissy sprayer here! I am BEYOND glad that I found this video. I am fairly new to fragrances. I just started building my collection a little less than a year ago and I’ve always been told that spraying only your pulse points is all you need. And like you said, that’s true for scents with good projection. But I noticed I couldn’t get the poor projection ones to last longer than two hours. I thought something was wrong with my skin. I’m TIRED of nobody smelling me and not smelling myself! I want compliments too damn it! Lol I will definitely be trying this!

But I spray about 12-15 times…three on each arm including the wrists, two across the chest, two on my neck, once or twice on both shoulder blades and then I spray my clothes a few times. I’ve learned to bring decants with me to retouch in the middle of the day if I need to as well. Works like a charm

Really overpowering alcohol heavy fragrance. Now, fragrances have amazing scents, meant to entice and draw attention. The fragrances of today are definitely meant to be introduced.

I tried the over spray yesterday with Pegasus. I absolutely love that scent but I never get compliments on it. I did 16 sprays yesterday and someone who was 2 ft from me said “who’s wearing that smell? It smells so good!” I’m no longer sissy spraying anymore!

I tried to overspray technique today with my club de nuit intense by armaf and boum!!!! Game changer man!!! I used to "sissy" spray 5 like recommended🤦🏻♀️ but with my intese perfume i made it 15 sprays just to check the projection. Man!!! I litterally find people close to me and enjoying the smell( no compliments yet). I can still smell my fragrance for 7 hrs. After this, I went, "Fuck it" - 10 sprays of TF Costa Azzura, and my confidence went through the roof. FINALLY, I could actually tell that I was projecting.

I started over spraying after watching your video and realised how much you actually have to spray to have someone even smell you from arm's length (talking about designer fragrances only). 15 times I had to spray! Now I know, that if a perfume has low to moderate projection and longevity 15 - 20 sprays. If it's stronger 8-10 and if it's beast mode 1-5. 😅 Love your content and zero f**k personality. ♥️

Curly you need a new tat that says "Do what makes you happy." That would fit you perfectly!
I agree with your 20-30+ spray recommendation. However, I do it differently. I prefer to use cheap 10ml travel atomizers (I have hundreds). This allows me to apply 2 sprays every 30-60 minutes or so all day long! That way I never overwhelm my nose factory and never piss off people. By the end of the day I probably apply somewhere between 30 to 40 sprays. The best part is I never get olfactory fatigue. This method is especially nice if you enjoy the top notes of a fragrance. of course sometimes you let it dry down for a bit to enjoy the middle notes and base notes. Of course with this method I'd recommend spraying clothes only because nobody needs that many sprays on your skin throughout the day. Your skin is your largest organ. Protect it! If you are a heavy sprayer absolutely clothes only!
Oversprayer here and proud of it. I agree if you got a fragrance you love then spray it like you mean it. I always receive tons of compliments. Not that I do it for that reason it's because I love it.

I am so grateful that I discovered this video. I was always wondering why I don't get compliments, but now I know. The thing to watch out here is probably right fragrance for right occasion. Some light and soapy fragrance would probably be great for office, but not some heavy oud fragrance. The other thing I noticed...you can easily "overspray" if you spray too close to your skin
Overspeaying is always better. Only realised that after years of underspraying. A lot of perfume enthusiasts suggest 2 sprays or 5 sprays and I do not really understand how 2 sprays can project even for 30 minutes. So, yea, definitely 20 30 sprays. I have not found a single person who would be clogging others by overspeaying . The worst that may happen is that you might clog yourself for a few minutes - that is manageable.

and all this time I have been spraying all my body's heat points from top to bottom and on my clothes (for longer lasting and good bed smelling) I thought I was putting on too much, but you proved me right! I wear all my fragrances with lots of pride and confidence and always get told how "nice" and "heavenly" I smell by ladies young and old from all demographics! Thank you for proving me right again! I can really recommend watching Roja Doves Videos. He also applies a lot of spray on one spot. Best is your arms, because then you move it around. He does not recommend spraying on your front neck, because the alcohol in the spray let's it age more. This part of the skin is the most exposed part of skin to the Sun, so it ages faster. Keep that in mind.
Earlier i think why these fragrance doesn't last long atleast for 4-6 hrs and got depressed cos no body compliment me but thanks for this cos i ll be spraying more jst like you❤

There's a difference between smelling good and making a stink. Personally i only want to project about 2 feet. And of course TF wants you to spray more. He's selling the product. Same thing applies w too the paste. The message is good here. Smell nice always.

Thanks for this video, Michella. Even though I'm late to the party here, this was extremely eye opening to me. I think especially as men we're brought up to be conservative and stoic, so the idea of overspraying a scent brings up negative connotations. I only just recently got over the idea of spraying my shirt collar, but the idea of spraying my entire shirt as well as my hair is a great one. Definitely going to try this out.
I also agree with your comment that common sense has to take hold here. Tone it down for the office and indoor settings, bring it up for the gym, going outdoors and going out. I'm also a wine collector and since aroma is an important part of wine tasting, I'd also tone it down so as not to interfere with people nosing their wine unless it's an outdoor event.

With so many sprays of D&G The One I can't buy these fragrances every week and spent about $100! I think it depends of skin type and fragrance! I do only 3-4 sprays and people always react and say compliments! If you are in public transportation for example than you can "kill" someone with too much applied fragrance because if you like your fragrance very much but someone can hate it! Every fragrance should be tested! D&G The one perfume is my favorite frags! I never spray as I said more than 3-4 sprays and see how girls and womens react on it! It is only mine opinion and anyway thank you for trying us to perform the best way! A girl like you should be on the best magazines top pages !!! You are extremely beautiful and smart lady!!!

If it is extremely hot outside like here 45 degrees Celsius in summers and you are using a spicy sweet fragrance it will kill you instantly. But overall I agree with you that under spraying is bad. You should smell good all the time and don't be shy with it.

Pete…..I used to manage a Team of IT Support Engineers. Guess which one our end users requested to attend a fix?? You got it!! My Engineer named Shaun, who wore the BEST fragrances….and LOADS of it. He would walk in a room….and wow!!….the ladies would say….”mmmm”….or “ahhhhh”. He would leave his gorgeous smell behind when he’d left a room….wonderful. I got my other half some, and I tell you, when we went out, ladies were saying he smelt GORGEOUS and were asking what it was. Antaeus has actually been about years, but it does not smell dated in any way….it’s a classic - It’s not cheap, but a lot cheaper (and more sexy, strong and delicious than many of today’s niche men’s fragrances). I’m sick of smelling Aventus and Paco Rabanne One Million, which I can recognise at 100 yards away. It’s £90 in Boots, UK. Get some Pete - and watch the effect it has on ladies…lol. Teddy UK xx

I'm wearing Oud Satin Mood and I layered it with Aaron Terrance Hughes Goddess. The compliments are CRAZY!!! I always overspray. I see people who say they spray certain fragrances once or twice and I'm flabbergasted. Like how?! I wear fragrance oils and I make creams with them, layer, layer, layer.

I believe this. I overspray as well, 2-3 layers per part almost whole body as well. Then I bring an atomizer so that as the time goes by I can just spray 3-5 sprays to maintain the fragrance.

I usually apply 9 sprays, and carry a travel vial with me, but sometimes I forget to spray again and I will start using your method, because I had a friend who went to the Middle East and told me to have everyone bathe in perfumes that one would say is bad, but no, it is not because the perfume is enjoyed and appreciated, and also once I went to a girl's house she was going out to bathe. She sprayed about 10 or 15 times and the whole time that our meeting lasted she was smelling and didn't bother me on the contrary, I enjoyed it more.

Finally somebody normal 🤣 I always used to think people on the internet were either lying or they got 0 compliments. Honestly I'm used to staying around 15 to 20 spays in general. But with the lighter fragrances I would go over 20 sprays, I actually don't count when I spray things like(Clinique Happy, D&G Light Blue and many other light or "summer" fragrances) Oils do help a ton as well! 💯🙌🏽🔥

Curly's Mom's spraying is quite effective....as...to spray on movable body parts (like arms, love-handles, hair, neck) radiate more fragrance than any other body part. We just keep these body-parts moving every time and people get wafts of our fragrance, even we get it too and that makes us elated. 😃
FINALLY!!! I have found another over-sprayer. Seriously though, people say that as if it were a bad thing?? I'm 54 years old. I'm a mom and a grandma. I'm still full of SASS and SPUNK!! I would recommend you try "Rose wood" by Arabian oud. it is very Oudy and sweet at the same time and it is very "potent" if you do you routine, it would probably stay on for at least three days😂, all of my family like it. I would try "Risala" again when I go back but I remember smelling it and it didn't feel really special

I live in Sweden and in some places people are not allowed to smell too strong (because of allergies). Some days ago I was in the bus and an old woman complained by saying "wear less perfume next time!" 😶 Anyway I took it as a good feedback for my projection 😂
By the way, some fragrances are so beast projecting that actually don't need to be oversprayed :) my boyfriend is a sissysprayer (2 sprays) but winning over me because using beast bomb fragrances. And as you said the right amount depends on the context too. Thank you for the useful tips :)!

Yeah, let me quickly spray myself about 50 times with my Dior Sauvage Elixir just to ensure I get that sliver of a chance to be noticed by people today. I'm sure nothing will go wrong. I'm sure it's just the fragrance that's weak, and it's definitely not me who goes nose-blind in the first 5 minutes of wearing it.
Although it is true that clothing holds or retains the scents longer, the problem is many scents stain clothing, even clear scents, so I'm sticking with body sprays, wrists, chest and behind each ear. I suppose the exception would be to spray and walk into it, but that would only work or be practical for perfumes, where the oil percentage is high and longer lasting.
I am not overspay... But I spray frequently with fragrance that I have transfer to small bottle... I think this better and give great longevity whole day.....
You know what? I think it is high time the term "overspray" gets changed to "rightspray" 👌😘
