Finished version of this song is out now. Here is the link: ruclips.net/video/PRqjN48SnBQ/видео.html I have included a full list of samples and their origins in the description of that video, as well as a link to download the tracker module for those who want to look at it for themselves.
The full version is pretty much done now, it just needs some final touches and mixing. I'll link it here when it's done and I'll modify the title of this video to reflect that. Stick around if you want to see that version.
I just discovered you, but you’ve got some talent! I’m also working on music, used GarageBand for 5 years before shifting over to FL Studio. Keep it up!
I'm not nearly as knowledgeable about stuff like this as most of the other commenters but I really like the way this sounds. Reminds me of music from the kinds of video games I'd play when I was a kid.
The main pad is "BEAUTY09" from the sample pack Soundscan - Ethereal Atmospheres. It's a pretty nice sample pack of padsynths. I'll add all the sample origins in the description of the full version when I upload that soon.
@@BoxCode At one point there was a massive pack of 1990s and early 2000s sample CDs on Internet Archive, I'm pretty confident it's been removed twice before and at this point in time isn't there anymore. You can still find individual sample CDs on there, though. Here's a link to that particular pack I mentioned: archive.org/details/soundscan-ethereal-atmospheres (note: this pack is stored as .nrg file which to my knowledge is a weird proprietary CD image file format similar to .iso. It probably won't be too hard to get the files off of it.) There is a hosting of that big pack elsewhere and you can find that pack there too, but I will give you a warning: *it is a backup hosted on someone's personal website via their personal fileserver.* While I don't have much reason to doubt the safety of the files hosted there based on the creator's online presence, I'd just stay away from downloads much larger than 700Mb (the maximum a regular CD can hold) or anything unusually small just to play it safe. Don't run any of the .iso files, just open them as an archive and extract the files using 7zip if there isn't already a proper archive of the files available. nnty.fun/downloads/other/90ssamplecds/converts/ I'd check first if Internet Archive has a listing for a particular pack if you're unsure. This stuff isn't all that hard to find online but some places are more sketchy than others, as is the case with trying to find archives of anything old online.

i can imagine the arms of your player character swinging it's arms to the beat of the song
Getting some real Jun Chikuma vibes from this. Reminds me a lot of the menu themes in Bomberman World on the PS1.
Exactly what I was thinking.
