Whenever I'm in NYC, Patsy's is my go-to dinner spot in town. Great food. Great service. Good people.
All 3 of us passed by, one afternoon, and as luck would have it, they were just opening. We are all from nyc, and said "lunch". Not having the means before to even consider this landmark, me being the only Italian, you know Sal, sunday gravy, bread and gravy at 11am, then it starts for like 4 hrs nonstop food. Grandma lived on 110th st between 2nd and 3rd next to PS86 playground, "Where westside sory was filmed" Getting to the restaurant!! ..We were , even though it was empty on opening, escorted upstairs where the magic began..Bruchetta, Wine, "Chianti" and the comp appitizers keep comming! My choice was in fact, your articokes then, crab stuffed shells.Sal, you brought me back to those 50's and early 60's and my compliments to your family and yourself for carrying on the tradition, and by the way, for Frank, it was a no brainer :)

Do you stuff EVERY leaf with the mixture or just the middle and maybe a few around it ??
I usually do. I don ‘t do the olives or anchovies. My Mom used an egg to help put it together. I prefer using Olive Oil.
Forgive me for saying this, but shouldn’t he be using gloves?
