I just lost my 9 year old dog, he was suffering from juandice from a 1-2 months and treatment didn't work, i tried everything, and from past 6 days he was eating nothing, and i lost him today. Having a dog gives you some of the best days of your life and also one of the worst. feeling very low, he was my first dog, and i think I don't have any guts to own any dog.

Dog in my area he was around 2 months when he got jaundice..dr said his liver is already 70% damaged..even if he has to survive thn u have spend 7 to 8k that too survival chances were 20 30% ..so he wasn’t eating anything so we thought of keeping him at home in his last days bcoz while he had gastro at that time for a week her was at our home so he got used to our house ..used to daily sleep at our corridor..so in his last day we thought of keep at our house n take care ..he wasn’t eating ..was malnourised we gave some immunity n pain medicine after few days passed he started eating n yellowish in his skin started to go ..idk how but got cured on his own

Mere dog may same problem thi or doctor bolte rahe ki chronic kidney ki problem hai hum bhi treatment karvate rahe lekin last may jab doctor ne ultrasound kiya to pata chala ki liver damage ho gaya hai same symptoms the Paani bhar raha tha peat may last may yellow ho gaya tha bas os din he expire ho gya abhi khuch din he hoye hai .....

Chicken breast soup 50 ml morning and night not more than that if your dog is vomiting . And if you are vegetarian then bee root juice 10 ml , and vegetable soup (Bottle gourd, spinach,Beet root, carrot, and tomato) boil them and feed him 10 ml every hour) You can switch between them and yes coconut water and plan ors can also be added. Make sure no solid food...

Sir I have German shepherd 10 months old , I don't give him any liver tonic. Is it required to give liver tonic to a normal healthy dog
If there is no issue with digestion, appetite than no need to give liver tonic

My buddy has been going through the same problem... What I think or in fact what I am doing is keeping him on a liquid diet... Because we don't want our organs to work hard at this stage.. Hence, introduce your dog to a liquid diet. This goes both for Veg and Non veg
Chicken breast soup NO meat only soup 30 ml morning and at night. And during the day, Mix Vegetable soup beetroot, spinach, Carrot, bottle gourd and tamato. You feed it 10 - 15 ml every hour, you can switch to coconut water and electrolytes in between... Make sure you don't take them to walk or put them in stretch... Most important thing don't overload them with a liquid diet... We don't want them to puke... 🙏
@@bacalagaming7982 It's just been three days, so you still have an ample amount of time to see what's going on with your buddy. I recommend you to go for a blood test, which will help you to determine the health of the liver which is absolutely a key thing... and immediately put him on a liquid diet as mentioned in my other comment.
