My great grandparents immigrated here in 1909 after the earthquake in Calabria Italy. It makes me sad 😞 to think about the struggles. We are all people.

My late paternal grandfather, Mr. Vincenzo D’Auria finally immigrated to the Ellis Islands Building on Staten Island where the Statue of Liberty was in New York City, New York, USA from Naples, Italy in Camgina Province by the passager ship- Palatia on May 17, 1904 in his arrival. More ancestors in my D’Auria Family Tree all were from Camgina Province in Southern Italy. In my real life, I have had been a granddaughter of Mr. Vincenzo D’Auria, my late paternal grandfather as I remember so well. Then I am the Second-Generation Southern Italian American citizen in my D’Auria Family on American soil- Uniontown, Pennsylvania near Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA. 🇺🇸🇮🇹✨

Thank you for uploading those videos on YT.
It's interesting and sad to see that migration flows bring everytime similar problems.
Labour forces dumping and voices of 'bad people' in between migrants groups. In Italy nowadays the right parties propaganda it's not that far from the one of US parties in the last decades of the 19th century. It's like a circle history, despite it doesn't repeat itself on the same ground.

Are there any Castle Garden immigrant records left? If so, where are they stored?

I suppose the thousands of ship manifests, prior to 1892, constitute Castle Garden records. But if there are any others, I don't know where they might be. Maybe, someone at the National Archives could answer your question.
