Also, real talk, if you arent a patron of Adams already, you should ABSOLUTELY join! We have an amazing time, the family is super supportive and we are all making massive improvements in our breath holds. We JUST started a new training cycle, so if you ever thought it might be fun to try a few sessions, now would be the time to join us!
Doing an advanced (PADI) course in two weeks but my dive buddy and I already surpassed all of the requirements handily (and more importantly, *safely*) thanks to Adam.
I had an awesome experience seeing whale sharks in the aquarium in Atlanta Georgia and it was life changing to be so close to them; I can’t even imagine swimming with one!🙏🤗💗
Adam, This is one of your better ones. Having the boat in the same shot as the whale shark did an awesome job of showing the size of that thing. Thank you for posting this. I really enjoy watching your videos.
You are so lucky!! Is good to see those kind of videos, sometimes all we want is just go deeper and deeper and we forgot to see around how everything is beautiful!!! Amazing video
Amazing video Adam, but you should make videos more often. I look forward to go back in the water. Unfortunately I broke my nose and my septum healed deviated, so I have really big issue to equalize with my left ear! Anyway I have scheduled surgery in September.
@Adam Freediver Would love to see a colab with Brodie from YBS while you are in his town. He would put you right on the spot to spear a fish don't you worry about that! In return I'm sure you could give him a few pointers on how to improve his breath hold game. I mean, the episode almost writes itself. That is if he's back from his island adventure.......
You should ALWAYS have an appropriate surface recovery interval. Whenever you don’t fully catch your breath and fully recover, you greatly improve the risk of blacking out or another dive related injury. I know Adam does a full recovery, but it’s obviously not nearly as exciting to show someone resting on the surface when there is a whale shark there 🤣
NO OFFENSE SHOULD TAKEN BY THIS QUESTION but.. - Who is with your pregnant wife and daughter while you're doing all these adventures? - I know I'm not the only one who wondered this. Maybe your wife and daughter is with you but not on film, I could be wrong and if so I stand corrected. My question still stands.
When people start with that phrase it's because they know others can be offended by it! His family and extended family is a very happy, beautiful one. Watch more videos and you won't have to wonder anymore.

How long can Mr Adam Stern stay down at 30 feet? And 60 feet?
4 - 5 minutes when i'm trained well :)
Wow! My goal pretty much!
man, that was just amazing!!! i have a quick question, when you resurface do you do a breath up before everytime you go back down????

i know, sometimes it just seems like he can just take a breath and go back down.

The reef was probably underwhelming because it was dead.
Contact brody with youngbloods ybs! He lives around that area and does a ton of diving and spearfishing

Either way, this is his job, but I'm sure they're close by.
